在小某书上看到有博主打卡种草，周末专程过来体验的。酒店环境颜值确实一流，彷佛走进了一个大型摩洛哥城堡庄园，很适合拍照打卡。但是，根据我们实际入住体验，这家高颜值酒店可能因为入住客人太少或其他原因，在服务和设施等方面存在较为严重的问题，一个词形容就是——凋敝。
1、工作人员严重不足：我们下午7点办理入住，偌大的大堂一个工作人员也没有，也没有开空调，只留下前台联系方式。拨通后，前台表示刚送客人去了一会就回来（酒店房间分布很广、由摆渡车接送）；我们退房时，又遇到了同样的情况。
2、早餐过于简陋：偌大的餐厅周日上午没什么人，同样没开空调，很闷热，餐桌上很多蚂蚁在爬；服务员説自助早餐取消了、递给我们一张极简早餐菜单进行勾选，全部食物饮料品种不超过8个，口味也非常一般。
3、设施不复往昔：酒店地图有一处动物园，圈养了小动物；我们实际过去看时，只剩下三个空围栏了，没有动物了。

临时住一晚，房间有点小有点老，但是服务人员还算不错，挺热情的也很认真，地方很大没有逛，就直接睡一晚走了，离免税城不远

环境很好，对宠物小动物都很友好，小松鼠，各种鸟就在你房子周围闲逛。温泉也很赞，泡完身体滑滑的，发汗后一身清爽，池子有点硫磺垢应该是真温泉。

环境很棒，有一个大湖可以遛弯，别墅宽敞，自带泡池很方便，就是院墙有点矮，私隐性差点，建议院墙稍加高一点，或者沿墙种一排绿植，能遮挡视线即可

So quiet and relaxing. My room was huge and I had a balcony overlooking the lake. Felt like I was in Tuscany. Hot spring was perfect. Had a private pool at my disposal because no one used it. The perfect location for rest and relaxation.

环境是真的好，比起疫情钱的价，现在性价比真的很高，游泳池、温泉基本都是私家的。房间都很大，整体风格古朴典雅，很容易让人静下来，适合发呆冥想，一定还会再来，也会推荐给盆友。q

酒店拥有自己的湖，湖里有很多鱼，客人可以垂钓??，温泉也很好，在室外很乾净，温度很适宜。还有一个超大的蹦床活动空间。

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up.
The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700￥ per hour.
The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best.
Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...
