当初冲着点评说的离火车站近才定的，实际离火车站有很长一段距离，步行较远，需打车。这里大陆旅行团较多，居住环境较吵。卫生比较干净，但是房间有潮霉的味道，如果考虑到价格因素，在台湾也算性价比匹配.自由行不推荐，离文化路夜市有点距离

酒店整体环境挺好，设计感很强，但离火车站还是有点距离，没有介绍说的那么近。距离新光三越比较近，吃东西购物都很方便。

房间满干净的，设施和服务还算不错，装修很新也很别致离火车站步行大约10分钟是个值得入住的酒店。特别赞一下前台服务！

I stayed a total of 3 nights here. The staff was super helpful, especially Rebecca (originally from Hualien). They have English speakers and understand the needs of a traveller. I arranged a trip via public transport from Chiayi to Alishan to Yushan Natl. Park and return through them. The rooms are beautiful, everything works, bathrooms are spectacular, the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner is superb, and they even gave me a free ride to the railroad station. The arty decor of the hotel is stunning. I would definitely enjoy staying here again when I return to Chiayi.

We had 3 rooms on the 8th floor all of which had windows we found the staff helpful & friendly.br/We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the stay.br/br/The only thing we could fault the hotel on was on the laundry service - apart from that it would have been top marks!

Hotel provided free transport from train station but pls call hotel in advance to make arrangement.i stay in room 813, nice big room with shower and bath tub. Good! Breakfast spread was good too. br/br/The transport pick up staff was rather unfriendly and so was the lady handling our check in. Seem rather unbothered n no patience. We left our luggage there after check out and came back to collect later that day. The lady attending to my hubby for luggage collection took the luggage tag n went to pick up a call although she knows we were in a rush.

這個飯店很新,裝潢也不錯,地點離百貨公司不遠,但是可能因為陸客進住太多,房間裡面煙味很濃,雖然整棟都是非吸菸房,但是房裡有濃濃的煙味,以致於沒睡好,早餐還可以,但因入住時間是星期六,加上房間沒有窗戶,還要NT3200,覺得CP值不高,但嘉義市的選擇的確不多
