The hotel location is superb, walkable to many attractions and have many food choices around. Service is always prompt and great, with 小管家5号 always promptly respond to us on WeChat for example updating when the room is ready for early check-in etc. The hotel also offer a free meal of local noodles everyday and it was really delicious.
We booked the panoramic room for good view. Unfortunately the view during winter is not clear due to fog and rain. The room is spacious and cosy, but a little bit big that the heater might not reach some corners. This room also require you to walk two flight of stairs. Luckily the service is good that they will take care of bringing your luggage up and down. Overall a great experience here!

enjoyed a very cosy stay at walling hotel. the room was spacious, the breakfast was good, convenience was superb and the service staff were especially helpful (special mention to 5号员工 who was very prompt in his replies when i asked for some recommendations over wechat & was always so eager to assist with any enquiries). only gripe i had with this hotel was the fact that there was no premium wetv available for guests and we could only watch the local channels which we werent interested in. otherwise would definitely recommend it!

The Walling Hotel is in a great location for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were great communicators and very helpful. We loved Chongqing and the Walling hotel.

The service was excellent and very thoughtful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious every day, and the complimentary sweet rice ball soup in the evenings was especially comforting ??
We really appreciated the free laundry service, the Laifen hair dryer, and the warm smart toilet — which was particularly nice during the cold weather. All of these made our stay much more convenient and comfortable.
Special thanks to the front desk staff, especially staff members No. 4 and No. 6. They were very friendly, professional, and attentive.
We had an amazing time in Chongqing and would highly recommend this hotel ??

带母亲过来这边玩的，从订酒店看房到办入住都是2号前台对接的，服务态度特别好，还有在酒店买的快递，玩的自己忘了取，到北京又让前台帮忙退货，都是她帮我办的，其他前台説话也特别温和，特别有耐心，帮忙叫车指路，帮忙推荐周围好吃的，我们外地人过来玩，就是需要本地人帮我们推荐这些东西，非常非常靠谱！北京酒店住过不少，但是态度这么好这么有耐心温和的真的少之又少，强烈推荐这家酒店！而且酒店的位置也特别好，出门左前方就是洪崖洞，戴家巷，还有好吃的老乾家5分钟以内不行就到解放碑，八一好吃街都非常近，最好的是在房间里就能看到筷子楼！不多説了，我直接上图吧从酒店环境到前台服务都有图，尤其是酒店的餐食，白天都可以吃，还有茶社休息的时候也可以去做，环境非常好！已经推荐家里亲戚来住了，以后再来玩，还会住这家！

酒店地理位置非常方便，出门就是吃的，晚上选择很多，完全不用担心找不到宵夜。走到地铁站也只需要几分钟，去各个景点都很近，出行很省时间。房间一点也不吵，整体很安静，休息得很好。热水器热水很足，洗澡很舒服。整体入住体验很好，性价比高，推荐入住。

We stay here for 3 nights. The hotel interior look clean and comfy. We even have a massage chair in our room which is an extra plus point for us.

住的 16 楼 云顶全景房 , 15 楼是观景台 看上去一清二楚 没有贴隐私膜 想要泡澡看风景都不行 反而是被人看 ?? 我住的这间房间暖气并不暖和 , 服务是很好的 就是房间不值得这个价钱

代两位长辈订的，他们今日刚刚退房。
他们对这间酒店非常满意，
酒店位置无敌，在市中心，邻近如洪崖洞，解放碑，重庆美术馆等景点。
设施完善且环境卫生各方面都很不错。
最主要是服务非常好，热情有礼，尤其是3号。
如果去重庆，打算住在解放碑 洪崖洞附近，这间酒店值得推荐。
