它是我独旅最期待的饭店！房间整体乾净还可以，但是莲蓬头的水滴了一整晚，设备老旧也没有保养维修，除此之外，本来一切都挺好，可惜一早就有惊喜！??虽然已阵亡，但还是不免诧异，毕竟还算高档的饭店，押金还要收￥300，居然有这样的意外收获，不免令人感到失望，离开前还有伴手礼小礼物，很是贴心，但对于反应有蟑螂问题，也只是淡淡带过，人员的态度显得高傲冰冷，似乎不觉得有什么问题。我提个大行李箱，但却不知有更便捷的行走路线，服务人员的专业素养有待加强。

设施：设施齐全，有免费洗衣房，地下车库很多位置，充电也方便
衞生：乾净整洁，洗浴用品也很好
环境：旁边是轻轨，前台给我免费升级了安静的房间，窗户面对磁器口后街
服务：提前电话联系我询问到达时间，前台服务有求必应，提前给我打包好早餐（我要提前离店）

We purposely book the hotel where is nearer to 磁器口. I can say this is the best hotel in that area. The room facilities is a little bit old but it's very comfy in the lobby as there is a 5star massage chair for hotel guest.
The pickup and drop off for Didi is just the road side. (Just take note the Didi fare may higher RMB50-70 per trip to the city like Hongya Cav
From the road side to hotel, when carrying luggage, there is a few steps of staircase, it is still manageable with big luggage. Not serious like 1 floor staircase, it's just like a 5-7 steps and 5-7steps, 2part.
there is lift to hotel lobby (3rd floor) . Not much room, the hotel room are all in 4th or 5th floor

Thanks a lot to the staff, they were very helpful and kind. Location is good, metro station is in 10mins from the hotel. View from my room was not so pleasant - it was construction. Also hotel was next to the subway line and sometimes I heard the train. It was interesting to live in the smart-room, but it is unavailable in English unfortunately.
