一次非常不错的入住体验，来重庆跨年，酒店就在解放碑商圈，步行3分钟可达，周围还有81好吃街，山城步道，18梯，云端之眼等等，服务真的没话説，工作人员态度温和有耐心，有需求响应及时，客房打扫得很彻底，住在这里有种宾至如归的感觉。明年还来重庆跨年的话还会选择你们家。

设施：设施很乾净，打扫的也很快。
衞生：衞生很好，热水特别充足
环境：距离解放碑几十米的距离，楼下很多小吃店，都不错。附近也有大型的商场，购物也很方便。去洪崖洞和地铁站都很便捷。
服务：服务很棒，管家随时响应，服务态度都特别特别好。入住还给升级了房间～

一次非常不错的入住体验！早上客服管家打电话询问到店时间以及对房间的朝向，入住后可以添加他们微信，有什么都能及时帮忙处理，前台非常的热情，房间乾净整洁无异味，床品柔软舒适好入眠，设施齐全且运行正常，住得特别舒心，强烈推荐～整体体验超出预期， 值得夸的是行李托运服务，酒店可以帮忙把客人的行李寄送到机场。就不用拖着箱子满场跑，下次来重庆还会选择你们家。‘

很不错也，入住体验满分！酒店地理位置得天独厚，周边配套齐全，出行购物都不用愁。房间整洁舒适，环境安静不吵闹，最惊艳的是江景夜景，站在窗边俯瞰江面夜景，整个人都放松下来了，性价比超高！

The receptionist staff were very professional in arranging us a room upgrade after encountering the various issues with our originally booked room.
The original 37-42 meter square room felt more like 28-30 meter square, and upon questioning, the hotel explained that this was because the advertised area is “floor plan” area, which also includes non-usable space… Most problematic was the putrid dried urine stink in the bathroom, which the cleaners struggled to get rid of, and in turn began blaming us for being too sensitive to smell. After 2 hours of back and forth, the cleaner and receptionist finally admitted to the smell being from the drain and that nothing was done. After even more back and forth, the hotel finally arranged for a room change to a higher floor.
The rest of the stay in the upgraded room was great, and floor 32 and 48 both had rooms with good views of the WFC BUILDING with good NYE countdown vibes.
Overall the stay got better, but the first day was very upsetting.
