前台小姐姐服务很好，很有亲和力，房间挺不错的，乾净，床睡着也很舒适，配套设施也很齐全，出行很方便，晚上楼上还有夜市一个人坐酒吧喝两杯听听音乐好惬意，这次一个人出来旅行，这是换的第二个酒店对这个酒店很满意，下次来重庆还住这里

The hotel had an amazing view, the room was nice but the bathroom was a bit unclean.
The staff were super friendly and accommodating!

The view is really pretty and the room is so convenient and big. And there is a bath tub too.

Excellent hotel with very professional and helpful staff. The room is very clean and large with good river, bridges and 洪堐洞views. The bed is very comfortable also. Their professional staff always takes extra effort to make sure we stay well. They helped us to book local tours as well. I highly recommend this hotel to stay.

The hotel is in a great location, many bars and nightlife close by and the view from the room was amazing!

Hotel Lobby was a bit hidden and not so clear signs. Room was super nice with great views, I think we got an upgrade on top. Communication with front desk was done via wechat and translator, very helpful both girls. A bit of basic English would be ideal though. Only downside was that the room door is not reaching the floor, so there is a gap where light and noises go through.
All in all, would come again.

Haii everyone. Im from Indonesia and i want to let all foreigners to know. That while i stay in this place is really beautiful and the place is so strategic the opposite of this place is mall and alot of food court and near to MRT. Especially their service is really good they are so helpfull and so polite.

The staff of this hotel was some what accommodating to my request for non smoking room by switching my room to a different one next door but i’m not quite sure they understand what a non smoking room is. Both rooms have cigarette smell that is especially strong in the bathroom with urine smell. it seems like china’s indoor smoking policy is not strict as customers were smoking inside the lobby. the walls and floor are in poor condition with scratches and dusts. I’m not sure why this hotel has a high rating because the infrastructure is poor showing that the work was sloppy and unprofessional. I have a feeling that this is not an actual hotel but rather someone rented out floors of a building and renovated to be a hotel.
