The hotel is great and the staff too. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has everything you need. The location is amazing, next to the metro station and in the middle of the two rivers in Chong Qing, everything is near and you can go walking. It is in front of the raffles city so you can find it easily.

Comfortable stay n super value for money. Got a free room upgrade n free use of washing machine / dryer. Location is v good with ChaoTian Men metro 1min walk from hotel, n lots of eateries nearby. Luo Han temple n Hong Ya Dong are also within 1ins walk Bed is comfy n hot water is nice. Will recommend to friends if they come CQ.

Good location nearby raffles city, convenient to find food and tons of shops selling clothes nearby. Hotel is superb, comfortable to sleep in, clean and the toilet is high tech.

I would not recommend staying in this hotel if you want a comfortable experience. Although the location is conveniently located across the street from a subway station and a giant shopping mall, the comfort level within the room is terrible. There is a strong, musky, mold, smell. We booked to rent in the other room just not like cigarettes because of the poor ventilation. The layout of the hotel seems to be a high ceiling floor, but the design of the rooms has split the level into two. This means that each room is compressed, and it seems like there are rooms with no windows as well. Bad vibes overall. ?

Our stay was amazing. The front desk girls were incredibly helpful, they used translate apps on their phones to overcome the communication barrier, and were always happy to help. They even let us do a late check-out at no cost. The hotel has free laundry machines and detergent for all guests. Chongqing and its people are amazing. Thank you!
