我们分别订了34楼与51楼的270度江景房，但是还是34楼们我们比较喜欢，不但夜晚景色美，早上也很漂亮。房内幻泡澡浴缸也很喜欢，房内有送红酒一瓶与小食。整体来讲，非常满意，来重庆一定要住江景房，会有不一样的感受，前台小妹也很给力，满分！

来重庆旅行选择云端之眼是个非常棒的决定，室内装修风格简洁，床品非常舒服，一觉睡醒到天亮。夜晚入住时能看到江景，早上醒来看到了日出和早晨的重庆，视野开阔，来福士、大剧院、长江大桥……尽收眼底。最好的是能早早登顶云端之眼打卡，当人开始多时我已经不慌不忙的回宾馆了，真的好，有机会再入住云端。

Good location in the heart of Chongqing and very close to the metro - this is the key selling point of this hotel. The hotel itself is in the 51st+ floors of a building with reception on the 51st floor. There is no clothes dryer available, just two washing machines. The front desk staff were a bit confused with communication through google translate.

Good location. However, maintenance required to improve services. There should be segregation between smoking room and non-smoking room for comfort of non-smoker guest.

No doubt the view from the room is amazing but the amenities within the hotel room could be improved. Personally, i think that the height of the basin from the bathroom was build too low to use comfortably. Water shower is either too cold or too hot, even if you manage to adjust it to how you like it, the temperature could not sustain. Apart from that, the staff from the front desk is friendly and helpful. The hotel even provide free use of laundry room 24/7. However, do note that it is difficult to find a spot within the room to hang dry the clothes. The room is big but there isn't much wardrobe space available. The bathroom do have hanging line but the moisture is unable to dissipate as it doesn't have a ventilator, causing the clothes to smell. I would consider this hotel for short stay. At least it is clean. This is the first hotel I've been to that ever provide bathroom slippers for their guest. Extra bottled water when asked. Cigarette smell free if that is an important factor for you like it is for me.
