很满意，距离地铁口非常近，基本方便去各个景点，房间空间很大、整体格局安排合理、工作人员回覆及时，提几点意见：我们房间的窗户无法完全闭合（是否需要维修下）、房间里的纸盒和垃圾桶太少（使用感不是很好）、厕所的换气功能不是很佳（刚住进去一股味道，希望阿姨能多通风）

酒店建筑层高，有40～50层，外观现代。地理位置很好，离八一街、解放碑、洪崖洞步行很近。房间面积大，层高高，装修气派，带厨房冰箱洗衣机等设备，高兴的话可以自己烧点东西吃。电器、衞浴设施先进，房间床大，乾净整洁，站在落地窗前能看到江边江景。酒店前台工作人员服务主动热情，特别要感谢真真、香香、糖糖三位，下次来还会选择这里。

Great location and cleaning with very helpful staff.
We were quite disappointed to see that the kitchen displayed in the pictures was not able to use. Also there was not any pan or plates to be able to cook. Would recommend to remove the pictures of it as it can be confusing for other guests

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. It is very modern, spacious and the receptionist is very helpfull. We are really enjoying our stay there, eventhough our chinese language is not very good, they make the extra mile to make sure that our needs are fulfilled.

Fantastic location, slightly outside of Jiefangbei (approx 5 mins walk) away from crowds where it's quieter. Customer service was excellent especially we late checked in near 12am. Thank you to Lingling, Shasha and Yangyang for their hospitality and live supports.
Room was daily cleaned. However the toilet ventilation fan was malfunction. The rest was great.

Very nice hotel apartment. Suite comes with dining area and washing machine. 5 mins walk to Bayi Pedestrian Street, boutique shops, restaurants and malls. Helpful staff.

Booked 2 rooms 1 for my brother and 1 for my wife and i. Bed keep having small fur stuff and dirt when I only sleep in my tencel underwear. So where did the fur come from I don't know. And it's for you to see if u believe or not it seems abit unclean in another way. My wife and I both had nightmare for the 1 night stay and my brother had random nose bleed profusely for the 1 night as well. It felt like something was just not right.

To carry on my story, for the second night we stayed in the skyline view. Which both me and my bother heard people speaking when there was no one home and when everyone was asleep already at different point of time. To add on he had his nose bleeding again on the second night stay as well. I was hopping that it's just coincidence. But too many things tgt I honestly don't think there's such coincidence. Which we ended up deciding to cancel our last day stay and move to another hotel. That's all I have to say. Like I mention. It's our experience. Is on yourself to see if u believe things like this like us or not.
