总体感觉不错，楼下就有很多美食，买东西也很方便，前台服务（一一）很不错，记得当时电视遥控我不会开，联系（一一）後，她第一时间就来检查情况，她很有礼貌也很快速地解决好我的问题，服务态度很好很认真，不仅是这一点，阿姨做的衞生也很仔细。点赞！前台也是24小时都有人在真的很方便！

房间很好环境不错，房间都有外窗，设施设备齐全，房间里面衞生乾净，前台服务态度很不错（格格），有问题反馈，能及时处理，位置也很好楼下就是解放碑，出行非常方便，景点也在附近，八一好吃街步行几分钟就到，超级超级推荐。

Pros: Impeccable service and staff always did their best to meet our needs and requests. Hotel room was spacious and clean. They even offer free laundry service.
Cons: Lift is shared by other companies and hotels so it can get pretty crowded at times and you may have to miss a lift.

Overall good hotel near the Jiefangbei Square. Nobody is speaking English. Sometimes you need 10 minutes to get to the first floor because there is only 3 elevators for the whole building. It is a bit noisy there. You can hear the traffic and also the people on the floor.

Location was really good, very near to 解放碑。Many food options just downstairs and the very famous food street just walking distance.
Housekeeping was very attentive and they made sure that my stay comfortable. I had a total of 7 nights and I was always greeted by the housekeeping ladies. Special shout out to 荣洪姐 and 廖姐 for making me feel so welcomed. Every time I went out for a day trip or just a quick lunch, I would come back to a nice refreshed room, toilet cleaned and garbage bins emptied.
It was also very thoughtful of the hotel to offer free laundry to guests. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and they would go all out to meet your requests.
Only downside is that in this building there are many hotels, the service lifts can get crowded at peak times.

Location was amazing, everything nearby. Staff was excellent, polite and attentive to our requests. We really liked the room and on overall had a wonderful time here.

Exceptional location for a good price. Room has all amenities, maybe it's a little bit outdated (not too much) but it's more than enough. Jacuzzi for a little extra.

I guess this is what you get is what you paid for. The pictures are misleading. This place is really run down. Elevator takes you and many other people upstairs but there’s also ktv upstairs. It gets noisy at night. The nice thing about this hotel is that it’s close to Jiefangbei. The rooms smell like cigarettes. The sink faucet is old and run down. Hot water shower comes and goes .

Definitely worth the price, and location is great! Checking in was smooth even for us foreigners, which isn't always the case. Just note that the building has a lot of hotels and the name of this hotel is written as "Syah Hotel" downstairs - might take a while to find unless you know what you're looking for. The reception is on the 24th floor.
The building itself is not super luxurious, and also a bit of wear and tear visible in the room, but overall nothing to complain about. Would recommend, if you want a reasonably priced and relatively good quality hotel in the middle of the city.
