The environment was good and have a lot of accessible amenities.
管家 provided best service in assisting a lot of things such as parcel collection, guiding directions etc.
the room is very cosy and big.

Moli is simply amazing! She has been so attentive and caring, that our stay became much better than anticipated. She is a great professional and, if I had a hotel, I would hire her to take care of my customers. Outstanding person!
