Super convenient and well located in the heart of 解放碑. Lots of food options and near attractions. Room was clean and as described. Staff were super friendly and nice, accommodating our odd hour check-in and checkout. They even prepared breakfast when we had an early flight. Highly recommended!

When we first arrive, the driver wasn't sure which building but he quickly help us make a call and the receptionist pick up the call right away which is very very responsive ＜3 We quickly got up to the building and the receptionist was waiting for us to get checked in quickly because she knew our flight was delayed and was tired (i contacted her consistently before travelling) !
During the stay, everything was really smooth!! despite our late ours request of guiding us on how to order food, the wechat they gave us was very reaponsive! We also asked if they could guide us on how to ship package back to home country, they went the extra mile to help us check the price and consult us on which was cheaper!! ALSO, the rooms are really according to pictures!!
Big Applause to 小白 for constantly helping and checking if we got our food order or able to find places we need to go to ＜3
the only cons about this hotel for my boyfriend is that, he felt like it was not 100% clean.. there were a lil dust around

意外的惊喜，房间乾净，酒店很有氛围，前台小姐姐非常热情，帮我们选了一个风景好的房间，窗外正对解放碑，风景无敌。

酒店陈设别致，乾净整洁，服务热情周到耐心。高层（34楼）观景台，房间内腑览解放碑夜景，周边景点出行方便，还送了延迟退房服务和温馨的小礼品。

酒店位於解放碑步行街34楼，地理位置蛮好的 楼下就是解放碑中心，这次住的房间刚好可以看到~重庆比较火的景点基本上都可以从酒店步行到达????到重庆旅游住这边是不错的选择

跟朋友一起来重庆订的房间，地理位置真的超级方便，而且酒店服务人员都很好，特别是前台的两个小姐姐，每次出入见到她们都很热情打招呼，去的时候天气不好，小姐姐还主动拿了伞给我们，没有後悔连续住了3晚！最後退房的时候还见到老板了，老板人也很好，估计工作团队氛围也是不错的，感觉大家都很友善。
唯一真要说缺点的话，就是在34楼每次等电梯都需要点耐心hhhh

房间跟携程上宣传的一样，很乾净，很舒服！设计风格也是我喜欢的！地处解放碑附近，出行方便，出门不远就是地铁，去哪里都方便！下次来重庆还会住这里，也会推荐给朋友！离店小礼物很有重庆特色！

The room could use a bit of updating, but the location was amazing, and the best part were definitely the staff and the view. Our hostess was incredibly kind and attentive, even sending us off with a small gift of local snacks, which was such a sweet touch. The view from our room was also beautiful.

环境非常好，很有调性的酒店，位置也很好找，楼下就是解放碑，离哪里都很近。前台小姐姐也特别认真负责，有任何问题都解决的相当及时，房间设施也很齐全，一次性用品质量都非常好。
