衞生：阿姨特别细心，我们是连住两天，晚上回来的时候阿姨把我们弄的一塌糊涂的房间收拾的很乾净
环境：交通很方便，对於我这种带着小朋友出行的，到哪里玩都很方便，酒店是独栋酒店私密性超级棒，物超所值
服务：前台小姐姐，管家服务态度都很好，每次出门都会问需不需要矿泉水之类的，最後离店的时候还贴心的送了小礼物，特别是上晚班的两位管家，还有特别热心的小郭小姐姐，看我们行李特别多还帮忙把行李送到了车上，超级有爱心

非常满意的酒店，距离地铁站100米，真正的出来就是酒店，房间面积合适，乾湿分离，洗浴用品都是定制的，味道好闻。床品舒适，枕头床垫也都是定制。重点夸一下服务，普通未挂星的酒店居然还安排欢迎水果。同行朋友的孩子凌晨三点发热，前台立刻安排送体温计???走的时候看孩子不舒服还送了u枕。为这家酒店方方面面点赞??

是朋友推荐的酒店，果然没有失望！有地下免费停车场，非常方便自驾出行！酒店还免费升级了房型，前台两位小美女态度非常好的接待并介绍注意事项和酒店周边交通、美食！房间整体非常乾净整洁，我订了一间靠马路的房间，但房间窗户是双层玻璃设计，晚上睡觉很安静！出酒店门口100米有地铁站（记得叫郑家院子站），周边有早餐，小麪及其他美食，以後回重庆还会入住哦

We're from Malaysia. Booked this hotel in Ctrip. Awesome hotel. Location is convenient, few steps away from Line 3 Subway Station. 3 stops from North train station.
The hotel is of modern and advanced setting, marble- flooring, room card-operated access in elevator. It's super clean and the bed was comfortable. Ease of getting ready with 3 separated sections for lavatory, toilet and shower. They offer complimentary washer, dryer, steam ironing facilities, and detergent. There were 2 bottles of water, 3-in1 Vietnamese coffee and Lipton tea, everyday.
All the staff gave superb customer service! They're warm and friendly. Special mention to 小张，小邓。We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. Indeed a 5-star treat at great value!

在市中心和磁器口中间，去哪里都方便轻轨打车都便宜，前台小姐姐非常热情，推荐附近好吃的火锅店和川菜馆。

酒店位置不错，就在地铁站旁边，房间乾净衞生，宽敞，设施都很不错，设计合理，房间装了隔音窗，非常安静，酒店服务很热情，前台小妹人非常好，极力推荐。
