楼层高，环境安静舒适，房间还可以 网速度挺快的 办理入住的时候 有点小差错除外 但是免费做了一个升级房型的其他都挺好的 。衞生仔细乾净，服务热情态度好，前厅很nice；有免费洗衣房，还挺方便的，离观音桥近，前台小鱼小王的服务态度很好。

Very service oriented hotel.
Room was spacious and clean.
Free laundry service which they collect from your room and send it back to you when is done is a plus point.
There's also some local high rating restaurant around the area.
Will definitely recommend to others who intend to stay here

location is very convenient, easily accessible and easy to locate. customer service is also top notch, provides free washing service as well.

Room is clean but not spacious as expected. The location is good with 10 mins walk to Guanyin Bridge.
