当晚晚上差不多1时到达酒店，因我的电子付款系统出现问题，未可以 check in 时付款，经理申倩雨主动协助及提出方案後先让我们回房休息，明日再处理。感谢体谅及包容。再次应谢申经理和团队的帮忙。
酒店位置在奥体会对面，听演唱会非常方便，而周边好多食市很有口福。
而酒店早晨都丰富，种类都算多，味道不错，特别喜欢它的意粉和热豆浆。
整体非常满意。

为了在奥体看演唱会选择的酒店，房间结构很棒，衞生乾净，很不错，酒店出门过条马路就到奥体了，带着孩子不怕找不到车，特别表扬一下餐厅的服务员，听着我説孩子还在睡懒觉，能不能带瓶酸奶回房间，服务员主动告知小孩子可以打包早餐，这样人性化的服务特别感动！值得我给五星！

Good location where downstairs is very happening. Many restaurant which is very convenient. Toilet also comes with a tub to enjoy after a hectic day!

In the end everything went well. There was an unpleasant smell in first room but manager solved the issue in timely manner and second room was much better.
Location is actually great, ten minutes to subway, 20 minutes to two big shopping malls (Paradise Walk, MixC).
Service in the front desk when checking in was not good and felt disrespected as a foreigner by young receptionist. Otherwise everything was good.
