Pretty central location, "short hike" to the city center. No breakfast on location, you get coupons for the eatery next door. They (or the neighbours) were renovating, so perhaps they will be opening the restaurant in the future. Service was nice, they could provide entrance ticket services. Got a small gift when we left because we booked for several nights.

Very clean and nice hotel. Not too much in the room but therefore big. The location is nice on the island with a bit of walk to some bigger malls and destinations. For the price it’s a very good hotel and very happy to have been there. Will come back for sure :)

The room is spacious and location was great where the restaurants are behind. Cleaning service was amazing too

Change room directly with hotel from previous booking via Trip.com Get nice room with Riverside view by paying some extra charge .Hotel BF is good because give us cash coupon to be used with food shop next to hotel .that give us to have variety food that we can choose.lastly nice front staff that give us extra bottle of water when we buy tour via the hotel

Modern design comfortable room with views of the river. Bathroom is roomy with bidet toilet. Going to attractions was convenient, just get a taxi outside the hotel, 10 Yuen got us to ziafonbei. We joined some local tours at the hotel and they gave us 15% discount. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

Bad location and bad facilities. The staff and the manager in the morning are very serviceminded and polite.

The reception staffs are very helpful, one even helped me for the transfered of payment to my hp topped up.

The staff at this hotel was wonderfully helpful. They had limited English but made every effort to communicate effectively, which I appreciated! The room was large, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely book this hotel again.
