这家酒店简直是人间理想！从踏入大堂的瞬间就被奢华又不失格调的装潢惊艳，大理石地面倒映着水晶吊灯的璀璨光芒，空气中萦绕着专属香氛，每一处细节都彰显着高级质感。客房布置堪称艺术品，超柔软的床品搭配智能控温系统，一觉醒来彷佛置身云端。服务更是无可挑剔，从前台到保洁，每位工作人员都热情又贴心，强烈推荐！住过就知道什么叫真正的宾至如归，以后旅行非它不可！

酒店不错，前台服务员热情贴心，关键对面就是来福士，出行购物超方便，一楼就有特产店，买东西很方便，前台还可以寄存行李！

房间与图片严重不符合，携程网显示是2室一厅，拿到房间后进去后根本就不是两室一厅，后面找到酒店服务员解释说我们到店晚了，把房间拿给前面的客人了。找到酒店退款，酒店一直态度不好，携程这边也还没有答覆。这家酒店简直就是给重庆旅游抹黑！

宝子们！谁懂啊！这次和对象来重庆过端午，住的酒店直接给我整破防了！居然在端午节提前圆了我的小童节梦！我之前在**刷到那个哪吒变脸小玩具，心心念念想让男朋友六一给我买，结果一入住，酒店直接给安排上了，萌得我心都化了！我对象也收到了一把超有重庆味儿的扇子，拿着那叫一个帅，妥妥的古风公子！房间更是绝绝子，窗边的浴缸随手一拍就是大片，根本不用费心思构图！家人们听我的，来重庆直接冲这家，入住体验直接封神！

The room was very spacious and had a great view to the bridges. Services was perfect, everything I needed I just have to contact them through their wechat and they deliver to our room in a second. Food delivery was also easy, they put it in front of the room also. Breakfast was ok, if you are tired of eating spicy and oily stuff, can try for a light meal in the morning.
They also had clothes cleaning and drying free services, took 4-5 hours to finish and deliver to our room.

住过最糟糕的酒店，都不能算酒店，卫生打扫得马虎，地上还有前一个客人用过的纸巾，浴室还有别人遗留的洗漱用品，服务不专业，本来是冲着这家酒店新开没有多久，以为房间是很新的，真的是一言难尽........

房间正对着江景，风景非常美丽。窗户往右还能看到嘉陵江和长江的交汇处。楼下就有美食街，还有地铁交通非常便利，离解放碑和洪崖洞也非常近。出酒店大门就能来到来福士广场，来福士的建筑非常靓丽。
房间是新的，设施也非常齐全，洗衣机，冰箱，还有让人开心的音乐??????客服非常热情，服务非常周到，谢谢了????????

We've booked a loft for 5 nights but decided to cancel after a 1-night stay. The first room on the 35th floor was filled with a bad cigarette smell upon checking in, but they changed the room immediately, which was on the 32nd floor, which was okay. But the bathroom emits umpleasant wet damp smells, which are on the mezzanine floor near to the bed. We cancelled the booking after 1 night & and booked a different hotel.
This hotel was located in a high-rise commercial building in Chaotianmen directly opposite Raffles Place, which was shared with Iseya, Indition & a few other local hotel brands. You will need to switch lift to get to the ground level. The wait time for lift during my 1 night stay was ok. We are particular about cleanliness, and this place does not meet our expectations of cleanliness, but to be fair, we have to offset our expectations with the price we are paying. Or shall we?
On the positive side, since it's on a high floor, the view was very beautiful. The service from a bespectacled young lady receptionist was superb, attentive & responsive. Dear owner, please note that all my stars go to her. If you're looking for a full amenities from a hotel, you may skip this one. But if you are booking in as a group of friends, this may be suitable. The loft is large & spacious.
Will I book again as a couple? Nope. But I will if I'm visiting as a group of friends. It's value for money service apartment & it's a very convenient location.
