房间布置简约实用，空间虽不大但干净整洁，床铺软硬适中，一夜好眠完全没问题！卫浴干湿分离，热水来得快且稳定，洗漱用品也一应俱全。最惊喜的是房间隔音效果不错，关上房门瞬间隔绝外界喧嚣，休息不受打扰。

Hotel name on trip different from google and local map causing confusion in arriving at the right location. Lifeng hotel is located in another location. Had to redirect taxi to drop us off at the Chongqing West train station and navigate manually. Hotel located at unfinished area of train station hence there’s no direct drop off area. Arrive to find out that hotel name is Lavande instead of LiFeng with a sign at the entrance saying Ji Hotel. Hotel also shares building with another hotel. Very confusing for travellers. Aircond broke down middle of night.

Unclear instructions on where to check in hotel, I arrived late at night, took a while to find the entrance to the hotel. My friends arrived in the afternoon faced the same issue finding the hotel check in. The room wasn’t clean properly or someone was using my bathroom because there is foot print on the floor. The bedroom seal was broke, the windows were all opened when I got to the room. It was dirty under the blanket too. It was 1.30am and I was tired so only complained to the reception the next day. Plenty of excuses given and I was handed a bag of goodies with no apologies. Fantastic service ????♂???
