位置很好，不管去观音桥还是九街都可以步行到达，房间空调很足，设施都很新，环境好前台小婷态度好帮忙延迟退房 还会在订的

Not a Pleasant Stay for First-Time Visitors to Chongqing
Our initial plan was to stay in the Guangyingqiao area for three days before moving to another hotel in Jiefangbei. However, our experience at Chongqing Platinum Hotel was far from ideal.
Upon arriving late on the first night, we were immediately met with a strong sewage odor in our room. Hoping it was due to the bathtub, we requested a room change on the second day to a room without a tub. Unfortunately, this did not help—the stench worsened on the second night. Despite multiple efforts, including spraying air freshener, using perfume, burning incense, and keeping the windows open, the smell remained overpowering, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
It became evident that the issue was not just with our room—the entire building is extremely rundown and the sewage odor seems to permeate throughout. Even the 24-hour spa on the second floor carried the some of unbearable smell.
While the room itself was spacious and had an AI Genie to assist with some functions, basic cleanliness was lacking. The floors in the rooms were never mopped with slipper prints visible everywhere, adding to the overall discomfort.
As a result, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out the next day. Shockingly, even after moving to another hotel in Jiefangbei, the unpleasant odor had seeped into our clothing. Having traveled to various places across China, I have never encountered such an issue before.
The only positive aspect was the hotel's convenient location and the friendly front desk staff who were kind enough to offer complimentary snacks when we checked out. However, given our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

首先说说酒店设施吧，在办理酒店后，我们进门首先检查了各类设施，发现了卫生间的胶条掉了两块，然后酒店也没有肥皂，一次性拖鞋也没有，于是跟前台问了具体情况，小伙子说胶条不是你们弄坏的吧，我说我这才入住怎么弄坏，肥皂他找了好久都没找到，一次性拖鞋也没有。至于周边环境，我跟我老婆刚开始进电梯还好，电梯是属于网吧茶楼酒店一体的，一出门映入眼帘的是黑黑的通道，我赶紧躲在我后面说是这里吗？我说应该是吧，确实很黑很黑，总之体验感不是很好，晚上睡觉还能听到隔壁说话声音，其次网图和实图真的是天壤之别

酒店位置特别便利，就在观音桥商圈，离好吃街特别近走路200米就可以到，酒店的服务也特别好，入住前会打电话告知找不到路可以问，入住后也会给我们推荐吃的和指路，我们去观音桥附近逛，都是先问路再去逛，特别方便没有绕路，酒店内部设施设备很新，是新开酒店，入住的时候有小插曲，但是前台也及时解决了，就住了一晚上，感觉特别舒心，要不是定了机票肯定要再续住

第一次入住，来重庆出差，看网上评分较高，就打算来体验一下，酒店装修还不错，外观大厦一般，进了酒店别有洞天，周边位置很好，出了门就是观音桥步行街好吃街，吃喝玩乐一应俱全，办理入住也很快，会带我进房间，怕我找不到门牌号，服务态度很好有求必应，很有耐心听我的诉求，房间设施齐全，呼叫天猫精灵还能开灯关灯，对于不喜欢手动操作的人来说简直太棒了，卫生打扫的很干净，必须点个赞。床很软很舒服，房间也很安静，周围停车也挺方便的，小何前台24小时在线，有什么事情都找她，挺值得推荐。

周末到重庆主城旅游，选择住在观音桥出行比较方便，所以选择了这家酒店，吃饭很方便，小吃串串火锅，江湖菜非常多，如果想吃地道美食可以找前台，他们还会给推荐一些本地人的，位置也很好，旁边都是商圈适合购物，是一次不错的体验，酒店小何前台服务热情，卫生干净整洁，房间温馨宽敞，设施完善齐全，配备了天猫精灵，这点不错，主要够干净，出行最怕就是卫生不干净，但是他们卫生做得是非常的细致周到，浴巾面巾都是一次性的，房间里所有的设备都是智能控制，所有用品都是免费的，正常退房是12:00他们还帮我免费延迟到了2:00，退房的时候还能免费寄存行李，也会问我的入住体验感，实实在在为客户着想，下次还会来这里入住！！

酒店位置很好 去观音桥呀或者去解放碑都挺方便，房间打扫干净，设备都是比较好的 前台小婷态度好 办理入住很快 有需要也可以随时找她们

房子非常不错，距离景点也不近不远，房很大，卫生间干湿分离的，全屋都是智能语音控制，只是房间不太隔音，但到晚上回去也没什么特别大的问题
