The location, although close to some attractions, is very congested during peak hours. The "Riverview Room" barely had any river view; it was more of city view, so it should not be promoted as such. Except for that the room was clean and spacious. With laundry machines in high demand, it would be helpful if the hotel could appoint a person full-time to help out guests. As tourists visiting the city, it is not feasible to wait for hours to get it done.

Very convenient, the location is very central near Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. Hotel Chinese name on Didi is YiFei. The hotel and room is very modern, new and clean. A little bit troublesome if you arrive in the evening/night, Didi driver can't park in front of the hotel because there are many food carts along this small street. You have to push luggage around 20m. Overall, this hotel is perfect for families and couples I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Was a pleasant experience. Conveniently located near hongyadong and jiefangbei. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, special mention to Parker for helping me settle my courier issues within the country when he dint need to.
Room is clean, facilities are new. Fantastic stay. 10/10 will stay again

The hotel located in an excellent location for tourist. You can walk to Hongyadong and cable car easily. The hotel staffs are very helpful annd friendly. It a bit noisy at night with the car as it is located in tourist area. Overall is very good though.

Excellent stay again at UrCove
value for money
the beds and pillows where so comfortable
we love the washer n dryer!
its so good that we could indicate our wash plans and room number and a staff would help us make sure items were washed accordingly
it saves us time having to rush down in middle of night to check on clothes and transfer between washer and dryer
Would definitely stay here again!!

If you are ever debating between a hotel with good views or a hotel with a good central location that is also affordable like I was when planning my trip, this hotel serves as a fantastic hybrid as it offers unparalleled views of the river and Qiansimen Bridge, and is located right in the heart of the city within close proximity to many of Chongqing’s must-see attractions!
Downstairs of the hotel is a night market with many food and souvenir vendors, as well as plenty of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. The hotel even offers porridge every evening between 6pm and 11pm. It also offers perks like free soft drinks and snacks in the room fridge.
This hotel only started operating in October 2025, so all its facilities are new and everything in the room can be controlled by a smart system.
If you’re looking for a nice hotel with great views, a great location and offers great value, I highly recommend this hotel!

小姐姐服务态度很好，房间乾净舒服，到周边景点都很近很方便，走累回酒店泡泡茶休息很舒适。可惜大雾天气看不清窗外风景

非常新的酒店，位置也非常方便，从小十字地铁站出来不用爬坡上坎步行5分钟就到了。入住的江景大床房，房间非常宽敞，放3.4个箱子都完全没问题。景色也很不错。酒店配套也非常完善，健身房洗衣房，非常方便。前台Lydia服务很贴心，落了东西在酒店第一时间联系并妥善保管，给酒店服务点赞，下次来重庆还会选择这间。
