This apartment is spacious with plenty of space and living equipment such as kitchenette. The doorman/ concierge at hotel entrance are super helpful and great. They aren’t afraid to be approached by guests for help. But this apartment needs some sprucing up. The tiles around bathtub has stains which they feel is ok to leave as is for guests to see and bathroom clearly needs a major wash for there is a bad urine smell. Front desk staff needs some customer service training. Eg The young man who check us out on 6 Jan around 11am. He just took card and that’s it, no niceties nothing. So much for Ascott Cares. Before you talk about caring for environment and diversity, take a GOOD look at the quality of service by staff and your rooms. Just go check the apartment on level 29 .

酒店位置不错，出行比较方便，房间条件一般，隔音不是很好，隔壁説话都能听见，服务人员主动服务能力还需要再提高。

给父母开的房间，遇到前台小徐还给升级了房型，非常不错，感谢??环境很好很安静，隔音好，很适合长辈居住！现代风装修，紧邻朝天门，风景太好了！公寓很乾净，像回家了

房间在34楼很舒适，奥特曼主题孩子很喜欢、两房很紧凑、帮忙加了床、服务人员也很热情，行李员特别好；二楼有健身房，小童游乐室，游泳池；我们去朝天门码头，酒店还帮忙送到码头，特别好，去哪里都很方便，下次来还住这里。

Great location. Swimming pool 26C. Could be better with a hot spa next to the pool. View from room was onto a building.

We enjoyed our stay here, the room is well maintained and felt homely while we are there. Good location, directly linked to the shopping mall and surrounding is less crowded as compared to the popular 打卡 places which we enjoyed a lot. Staffs was really friendly and nice when approached as well.

房间乾净，设施完善，工作人员服务态度非常好，尤其是门衞大衞。 热情周到，每次都非常周到地帮我们指路，开门拿行李。

Our room was very large, with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, closet, and bedroom. The view was slightly obstructed by the other neighboring buildings. A brief walk outside gets you stunning views of the river.

Perfect home away from home. We had a very relaxing stay. Service is excellent. Will definitely back to stay again when we visit Chongqing next time.
