The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to help answer my enquiry especially 圆圆 & 艳艳. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent decor. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The hotel is very near to Hongya Cave and Jiefang Bei areas with many foods and mall around the hotel! Strongly recommend it and will definitely book the same hotel if visiting again.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and catered to our needs very proactively. The room is big, clean and spacious which made it easy for us to put our huge luggages . A special thank you to 小雷，婷婷 for making this stay enjoyable!

酒店很好步行去解放碑就几分钟，附近也有很多好吃的，酒店工作人员推荐的地方很不错服务热情，设施齐全房间有冰箱和洗澡时的顶喷，对于有洁癖的人来説真的太不错了

来重庆旅游的非常推荐这家酒店 位置特别好打车 离解放碑，洪崖洞都很近，楼下就是便利店和商场 特别特别方便 酒店非常乾净整洁 装修很棒 有什么需要的就直接联系小管家 前台妹妹"圆圆和艳艳“也很温柔 有求必应 非常好的体验

设施：淋浴有顶喷头，很好，不怕有客人拿花洒乱搞，而且沐浴露那些居然是有限位器的，不怕被恶心人加料，这个必须赞！另外配有智能马桶，有集中供暖，而且房内可独立开关暖气，有窗户可以打开，不怕闷。
衞生：还是比较乾净整洁的，打扫及时。
环境：装修比较好，有点格调，简约不失有特点，但唯一缺点就是隔音不好，每晚都能听到紧挨隔壁房间的客人吵吵闹闹，动静很小都能听到。
服务：很好，前台、保洁态度都很好很有礼貌！

Picking the right hotel made my Chongqing trip so much better! This hotel is truly a hidden gem near Jiefangbei—just a short walk to Hongyadong and metro stations. The lobby is surrounded by greenery, with a calming white tea scent that’s so refreshing. Rooms are sleek and spotless, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning river and night views. The latex mattress ensured great sleep, branded toiletries plus 24h self-service laundry are such thoughtful touches. Staff members Xiaolei and Tingting were warm and professional, with little gifts on check-in and check-out. Definitely my first choice when I come back to Chongqing!

It’s very good location, hotel service and I always receive all kindly support from reception. I will come here in next time and suggest everyone to come here. Good to sleep and smell in the room, no smoking.
