老牌的五星级酒店了，和女朋友选择来这里一个相对人少的地方跨年，设施和服务都有五星级的水平，房间大气，装修风格独特，衞生打扫得乾净，设施也更换了，楼上的泰餐厅味道正宗，好评，下次还会来。

这次入住体验超棒，尤其要夸夸前台小李！办理入住时她效率超高，微笑服务特别有感染力，还主动介绍了酒店的早餐时间和周边交通，特别贴心。入住期间有次临时需要打印文件，她很快帮忙解决，全程耐心又专业。退房时也快速麻利，还不忘提醒我带好随身物品。这样温暖周到的服务，让人感觉像回家一样舒服，必须给小李和酒店点个大大的赞！下次来肯定还选这家～

这次入住体验真的非常好，必须给个大大的好评！
首先，酒店的位置很方便，附近吃饭和打车都很容易。另外从进门帮拿行李，到耐心解答问题，能感觉到他们是真心在为客人着想。特别是娜娜经理，服务到位。
房间比我想象的要宽敞和乾净！床上用品柔软舒适，躺上去一下子就放松了。衞生间也打扫得一尘不染，热水出得很快，洗了个舒服的热水澡，缓解了一天的疲劳。值得一提的是，房间的隔音效果不错，晚上睡得特别安稳，完全没有被打扰。另外，酒店的Wi-Fi信号很强，上网、看视频都很流畅。虽然这次行程匆忙，没有体验太多其他设施，但就冲这舒适的睡眠环境和友好的服务，我就觉得物超所值了。下次来这个城市，一定会再次选择这里，也会推荐给朋友们！

Great stay and amazing service!
Really good value for money. I have to give a big compliment to the front desk — they were super kind and helpful. I was traveling with my family and chose this hotel because it has hot springs. We stayed before at the nearby Shangquan Hot Spring Hotel, but this time decided to try the International Hotel.
One of my family members got injured, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite when we checked in. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff also helped arrange our other room close to the suite, which made it easier for us to stay connected.
The twin room we booked at first had a bit of a smell, but the hotel quickly helped us change to another one next to the suite the next day. There’s a connecting door between the two rooms, which was really convenient.
Thank you so much for the upgrade and thoughtful service! The package came with hot spring tickets — the experience was great, especially the outdoor hot springs, which were much better than the indoor ones.

Been to many prestigious hotels in China.
This is one of the hotels that are good, but does not really live up to the price paid for each night. (About 2300 to 2500 RMB per night).
In many cities this price point would have been more than sufficient to guarantee a pleasant experience.
Service was alright, but the design layout was simply too old.
The lift seems like it would break down any moment, the corridor design lacks consideration, and even the room facilities seem a little run down (main television in the master room seem to have static noises and quality was rather poor).
Could have been better for the price point paid. Rather disappointed with the overall package.

It is my 3rd time staying at this hotel as my family enjoy the hot tub and the big room. The house keeper was very helpful and prompt to help us, didn't forget to tell us ask her any time anything we needed. Room was clean and Tina at the front desk replied me very kindly as soon as I asked anything through wechat. Breakfast was tasty with various kinds and we will definitely visit the hotel again soon.

We had a long and tiring journey by train from Guangzhou, so we really appreciated how smoothly you handled the check-in process.
The room was stylish and very luxurious.
Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
we will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Chongqing.
