I highly recommend this hotel, both for the very large and spacious room and for the service! All the staff are incredibly kind, especially the driver and Cherry, who speaks English and were very helpful throughout my stay.

Wonderful stay with amazing hot springs and outstanding service
I had an excellent stay at this hot spring hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more relaxing and comfortable. The hot springs were fantastic — peaceful, soothing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day.
What really made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. I would especially like to thank Cherry, who stood out for her kindness, patience, and willingness to help with everything. She made us feel very welcome and taken care of from the beginning to the end of our stay.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing place with hot springs and truly excellent service. I would definitely love to come back again!

Really really good place to relax and rest but also there are many activities if you will like. Cherry was very helpful. Big like for the entire team ??

酒店服务：服务员富有经验，属于是刚说出前半句，对方已经猜出下半句想问什么。
设施：酒店范围很大，有提供摆渡车供客人在不同设施间来回。不过因为我们是冬季去的，摆渡车开起来四处漏风超冷。
食物：虽然只在酒店吃了一次晚餐，但都挺好，有提供不辣的菜。
交通：酒店有提供景区接送和机场接送服务，提前一天约好时间就可以了，差不多到约定时间会打电话提醒，超方便。
景观：水寨客房的景色几乎媲美九寨沟，没想到旱季的景色也会这么好看。

Amazing resort nestled near zhangjiajie national park. Cherry was a delightful host and helped in every way possible. The rooms were amazing and in a beautiful location. Hot springs had 14 diff type of pools open until 10 pm which was very convenient

The best reception in any resort I have ever gotten!
Mainly Cherry received us very warmly, guided us, produced us with a lot of helpful tips and tricks.
The room we stayed in was the Watery B one, very spacious, nice bathtub and very clean.
Location-wise they provide you with free shuttles to the train station, Natural Park (Avatar) & Glass Bridge.
The food in the Chinese hotel was nice, with a very talented singer, Monica.
The owner of the hotel is very warm, curious and smart person.
Altogether, we felt home there and will 100% return!

I live very comfortably. The hotel environment is very good, with mountains and water, like a big park. The hot spring scenery is very beautiful, very photogenic, and it looks very good when you take a snapshot. Walking around here, the whole person's heart can calm down, which is very suitable for relaxation.

房间很宽敞，外面就是山林，私密性不错。浴缸和淋浴都有，来之前打电话让前台提前开了空调，服务挺周到的。

酒店环境超乎预期，有大片的草坪，还有溪流穿梭其中，设计得很用心。玩了一天回来，在中餐厅点餐的，吃到了美味很棒的菜，算是意外之喜。整体服务也贴心，是一次很愉快的度假。
