酒店处于小县城，酒店价格也不低。处于十字路口，交通便利。停车后面的停车场到大门有一段距离。主要是服务有差距。这个价位在梅州市亚朵，服务是超一流的。但是在这里却不尽人意。早餐品种不多，质量也不高。前台的服务没有礼貌用语和微笑服务。房间需要水。只给四瓶，超出要收费。

在大埔算是最好的酒店了，也不用挑了，在大埔县城也没有比这更好的酒店了。商务出差凑活一晚上，早餐吃了当地的腌麪。

酒店位置不错，附近有超市和食肆很方便，离泰安楼不远，步行可到。酒店的软服务很好，从前台到楼层服务员以及餐厅服务员都很有礼貌，彬彬有礼。房间衞生好，被褥乾净舒服，酒店按需求安排了无烟和安静的房间，很是感谢！需要提升的空间：酒店没有自助洗衣房，这是很不符合现代旅居要求的，但在酒店的介绍中却明明写着有洗衣房…另外洗手间没有晾毛巾的架子，很不方便，其实可以在座厕的上方安装个晾毛巾的架子；另外沐浴间的玻璃门关不紧，一洗澡水就会溢出来，怎么小心都不行，洗脸盆的水龙头也关不紧，总是滴水（918房），还有就是灯光也暗了些…

酒店已经是大埔县最贵的酒店，价格3佰多，酒店是很大的，房间也大，就是有点旧，有早餐送，但食物种类少，附近有商店食店，也算方便

The only 4-star hotel I guess in the area. Rooms are nice and spacious. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The hotel seems more a 2 stars, than a 4 stars. Everything is a bit old in the room, and needed to be replaced. I am not certain how to rate, since this is Dabu.

The hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.

设备设施老旧，衞生非常一般。大床房居然就是两张单人床拼在一起的。早晨7:20开始，酒店对面的商铺居然搞舞狮，巨大的噪音瞬间就惊醒，简直离谱，报警後公安也没及时处理。唯一值得表扬的是早餐餐厅的工作人员服务态度很好。前台办入住的服务态度很一般了，基本没服务。县城实在没有像样的酒店，建议还是去梅州市区住。
