  酒店的位置十分的便利，就在古城里边，出门就可以逛古城和商店。?酒店房间里的床垫和枕头都比较舒服。?整体来讲是一次愉快地入住体验。?

  这次订到洗山真的太惊喜了，住过那么多设计师酒店，洗山无论从服务早餐，大到家俱小到漱口杯的选择都体现了设计师和主理人的品质。 白族风情与现代美学碰撞，原木质感和庭院景致尽显高级感。房间一尘不染，戴森和马歇尔是标配，地暖和加湿器回到房间那一刻真的卸下所有疲惫。 最主要是服务，前台漂亮妹妹的亲切热情，管家主动拎行李、wx细致答疑，随叫随到不打扰。 最后还送了很实用的帆布包和潘祥记的鲜花饼，出门200米就有夜市还有很棒的鸡尾酒吧。经常懒得评价，但是这次洗山值得这条长评，以后会再相见。 PS 早餐的米线太好吃了，每天猛吃两大碗。

  This hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day, and the afternoon snacks were such a thoughtful and appreciated touch—it really made the stay feel extra special. Even more impressive, the hotel offers free laundry service, which is incredibly convenient and not something you often find. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—simple, well thought out, and perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the true highlight of this hotel is without question the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with deliveries and helping us in any way possible. Their hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt, and they truly made us feel taken care of. This is one of those rare hotels where the service alone makes it unforgettable. The staff were the best, and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located in Dali Ancient City and there is no shortage of food or shopping options around. The service level was outstanding and the staff were very helpful. As we travelled with a lot of luggage, they helped us with it both upon arrival and when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and meticulously prepared, and we could always top up if we needed more. The staff would also share tips with us based on our itinerary and made sure we had a great experience during our stay. Desserts were also provided every night. Highly recommended!
