超出预期！大理第二站，酒店就在洱海边，商家提供了伴手礼！还有免费简餐！更重要的是还提供免费摄影服务！全程服务周到热情！在大理最美的季节，能邂逅这么好的商家，给旅途带来了超预期的惊喜！附图有我在阳台用手机拍摄的星空！哈哈！住这里绝对超值！

The service is super, many many perks like afternoon tea and all day free coffee and simple meals. The view and quietness is a luxury in the area. Especially thanks to House Keeper Mr Li.

The hotel is in a great area of the lake just outside there are many views and bicycles to rent, the room is amazing with a great balcony and view of the lake with chairs and coffee table for the mornings. It was great to see the sunrise. The lobby also provides free snacks and coffee all day which is great and the breakfast is amazing, they have great service and we really enjoyed our stay there, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable plus there is a bath inside too. Overall a great stay would recommend again!

I have been blown away by the service at this hotel! The manager can’t do enough to help us. Their system of using we chat to communicate works really well and they have helped us with laundry, to find a covid test location and recommended places to eat.
Their breakfast is served until late morning which suits us, due to our online work schedules and they are happy to provide extras on request. The snacks in reception have also kept us well fed throughout the day. The restaurant next-door has amazing sweet and sour pork, highly recommend! We have extended our stay as we are enjoying it so much!

We can fully recommend this accommodation to everyone. Especially the overall service like extra fruit and transportation service to old town was far above our expectations. We stayed in the room with a huge rooftop terrace and a view above Erhai Lake and 3 Pagodas in the surroundings.

It was a great experience! The service is beyond my expectation. They've been very helpful from the moment I booked a reservation, (instructions how to get a swab test and travel advices) to a very nice room overlooking the Erhai Lake, offering great food (with lots of freebies including a gift after check-out) to arranging a car for my trip going back to Lijiang. Overall, it was a great 4D3N stay!!! Will definitely recommend!

We originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 6 nights. Check in was welcoming and a breeze. The lovely lady at reception upgraded us to a lake view room. We stayed on the first floor and the view of the lake was magnificent. Best view to wakeup to in the morning. Our room was super clean, everything was as it should be and more. The little touches were greatly appreciated. The incense, tea, fruits, endless supply of coffee ALL DAY, yogurt and cookies to snack on for free. The service is top notch. The wifi is fast. The shower is hot and the right pressure. The bed!! Super comfortable with good pillows. House keeping is done really well! The Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is just right. You can walk to the ancient town or get a taxi. There's a restaurant next door which serves the best dishes. We ate there every evening. Try the local sausage ad braised chicken dishes. The hotel also provides an option of noodles (very fresh ingredients) and rice. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel offered us a free ride back to the train station on our departure with a little thank you care package of the local cakes, yogurt and fruit. Sweet. I highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy Dali while staying in a place that respects your privacy and caters to your needs. A top notch establishment! More than worthy of the price.
