203房间的海景绝美，酒店位置闹中取静，门口看海的地方人很少，很清静，两边步行十分钟就是热闹的地方。楼下的咖啡馆特别有感觉，赠送的下午茶很好吃。老板人特别好，我们退房的时候又送了两份饮品。强烈推荐！！

必须给这家民宿满分好评！最大的亮点就是位置，真正意义上的出门即洱海。每天最惬意的时光，就是坐在楼下咖啡馆门口，吹着风、晒太阳、看碧波荡漾。房间衞生无可挑剔，设施考虑周到。管家笑容亲切，服务贴心。早餐也很有本地特色，味道很棒，一定会再来！

完美实现了“面朝大海，春暖花开”的梦想！民宿离心邸咖啡很近，位置无敌，洱海彷佛就是自家后院。特别喜欢楼下的咖啡厅，点一杯咖啡坐在门口发呆看海，无比放松。房间明亮乾净，设施完善好用。管家服务热情细心，帮忙安排行程。早餐丰富又好吃，为旅程增添了满满幸福感。

民宿位置绝佳，就在网红咖啡店旁边，衞生搞了，环境非常ok，门口就是洱海，楼顶看日出360无死角，拍照非常出片，前台好几个00后小哥日常nice，老板也特别热情，看的出来，很用心在做民宿。下次来大理，还会考虑住这里，因为其他地方的民宿比较吵点，这边安静。包早餐，下午茶

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel right on the banks of Erhai Lake. The location is breathtaking and perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent service, including a shuttle and luggage assistance to the room. ????????
The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. A lovely surprise was the complimentary coffee and bakery voucher provided for guests—the treats were delicious! If you're looking for a peaceful vacation spot in Dali with top-notch service and clean facilities, I highly recommend this place. Don't miss out! ????????

There was an issue with our booking as we reserved a family room, but it was already fully occupied when we arrived. However, the staff handled the situation very professionally and thoughtfully. They offered us an additional room free of charge. Since we preferred to stay together, we chose to use the room arranged by the hotel.
To make up for the inconvenience, the hotel treated our entire family to complimentary coffee at their café and also refunded the price difference.
The hotel has a beautiful view, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We truly appreciated their care and professionalism.

The hotel offers a stunning view overlooking Erhai Lake, truly beautiful and calming. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The service was excellent throughout our stay.
Don’t forget to go up to the rooftop early in the morning to catch the sunrise and golden light over the mountains and the lake, it’s absolutely worth it and unforgettable.
We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
