位置：距离古城超近，吃饭逛街都挺方便
设施：设施很新，简约大方有品质

Huama stay has been memorable. The location was strategically near to the ancient city (around 10-15 mins walking time) and also as a Muslim which requires halal dietary, the homestay was just 7 mins away from the abundance of halal restaurants (there were around 30 restaurants available - all in the same street).
Our hostess Zhang Yong Feng was phenomenal. She is the very definition of what a good hospitality is. She took initiative in helping us with our heavy luggages, showing us around the room, assisting us with ordering our food online (since we have limited proficiency of the Chinese Language ) - she even prepaid the food for us without any hesitation and returned expectations. Her amazing conduct deserves recognition and we wish Huama stay all the best for the years ahead. Definitely recommending it to others!

酒店很干净，服务很好！
一出门就可以看到远方的洱海！因为周边都是田野，空气很清新。幸运的是早晨一起来，出门就看到了彩虹

很满意 门口就是停车场 再续住了一天 主要是特别方便 里面的设施都很新 挺推荐的 离古城不远 走路可以到达的噢 下次还会在这里

住了这次，以后不会住民宿了。
1.卫生很差，房间有蜘蛛，沙发也很旧，看着有点脏。标间在一楼，只有2间，房间味道大得很，一股子霉味。一楼房间也有苍蝇。所以浴缸这些我是通通没用，不敢用，怕脏。
2.前台晚上23:30之后就没有人了，如果回来比较晚的话，倒杯水都找不到人，特别是如果有火灾、打架等突发事故，找不到人。第二天要退房，前台很早没人，只能把房卡放在前台。电话也是打不通。
3.打车很难。早上8点出发去火车站，9点的火车，打了20分钟没有打到车，急死了，下着雨前台没人帮忙，淋着雨去民宿门口拦车，谁懂啊，那种凄惨的感觉。
4.前台的小姐姐人是挺好的，老板不在店里，通了电话，感觉人也挺好的。但是这家民宿不行。

The homestay is good and the cleanliness is decent, though there were some dirty areas in the shower edges and the toilet had a strong urine smell. Other than this, towels, bed, etc were relatively clean.
Service was great and staff were responsive and friendly. One minor annoyance is the requirement of a 200 rmb deposit. And additionally the hotel is closed and locked from the outside after around 10-11pm and before 9am ish, So if you plan on coming later or earlier, be sure to notify the staff beforehand.
Location depends on one’s preference of the Dali old city, I personally found the area to be overtouristy and inauthentic. And difficult to find scooters or transit. Traffic is horrible here during the summer season. Though the dali pagoda towers being located so close is a benefit of this location.
The wifi was exceptionally slow, roaming data was much faster and connecting more than one device made it unbearable to browse. Other amenities are typical. Laundry service is often busy.

They will ask for 200rmb deposit. They will give it back in cash which was not agreed on. Wanted money back in my account.

住的大理非常好的民宿，干净卫生，门口有停车场方便停车，民宿环境非常好，房间内有投影仪看电影追剧很不错，老板热情礼貌！非常值得推荐！
