这是我第一次入住十二云彩，也是朋友介绍才知道，真的很美！不管是环境服务餐点都非常的好，每一个用品都是用最好的，让我十分惊艳，我期待下次～我会赶快再来的！

The service at the hotel is really great ! Employees are very nice and helpful with foreigners. The food at the restaurant is very good and the view on the lake is et really beautiful ~ The room was spacious comfortable !

Apartment had a truly beautiful view that was beyond our expectation. Staffs were very welcoming, approachable and assisted us with our requests. Room was clean, spacious and even had a Marshall! Will definitely come back again :)

Highly recommend - Room view is amazing, location not too far from Dali Santorini, staff and boss were super friendly and nice service is superb. On the day we check out while waiting for dinner at restaurant n driver, we were chatting with the boss who treated us to his tea collection. We got a small souvenir from the hotel itself which is really very sweet of them. food is not bad too canton cuisine. Understand fr boss the chefs were specially hired from 5star hotels Guangzhou. Their breakfast spread is amazing! Wide variety! Will definitely return to stay if back to Dali ??
