This homestay location is very convenient - located right beside Erhai River. The service staff at the homestay were extremely helpful and friendly too. They provided end-to-end service, including after check out.

Nice view, but location a bit far from town and staff are nice. The only unacceptable thing is the room smells so bad basically due to the previous guests' smoke inside the room and making the towers and bed smell very bad.

They allowed the prev users to stay in the same room till 2pm. When I reached I needed to wait abit, gave up and decided to visit nearby attraction especially weather was good that day. Didn't wanna waste time waiting, got the housekeeper to bring it to room when ready.
Room was quite like what is pictured but not ideal if one is stuck in room coz at 2 level there is no view really more of cars and hanging wires. No tv. Soundproofing is not strong either. No way to walk across to view the sea either - it's bushes with cars parked across the street.
They provided like facial mask from Korea.
The shower drainage was stuck and I thought is was flooded but housekeeper came and rectify quite quickly.
Washing machine is good for light wash and clothes that dries up fast coz it doesn't' have dryer function.
Travelling back from Dali Old Town side took me 80mins, coz of jam though it isn't even their peak season.
Housekeeper tried to be helpful, which I appreciate.
If you want seclusion/quiet maybe here is fine or if you drive/ride. Stay higher floors for view.

老板的民宿很漂亮，很干净，设备完善。因为我和朋友来海东这边休息，还给我们升级了房型，面朝洱海。服务也没得说，还有桌球台捣桌球??

很不错 老板人很好 房间打扫的也很干净 还会用醋消毒 靠近海边，离理想邦，文笔村和机场都很近，一楼还有桌球桌，还很贴心的准备了面膜哈哈哈哈

环境非常好，超大阳台超大落地窗，不出门就能欣赏到洱海的美景，老板人超级好，基本上有需求都能解决，来玩了好几天，住过的体验感最好的民宿。
