带娃住这里太喜欢了！接送机准时??，管家主动拎行李，态度亲切不打扰，体验感很好，270度望苍山洱海，房间宽敞，大浴缸，正儿八经的真正海景房，有老师带着做手工香皂，娃搓皂玩到停不下来。早餐也有宝宝爱吃的，位置便利不吵，带娃度假很舒心，下次来大理会覆住！

有亲子活动，房间宽敞景色也很好。服务人员热情，早餐也比较丰富。酒店在别墅区，里边有很多的民宿，这家酒店还有自己的餐厅，味道也不错。

服务没得説，有求必应！
有接送机（站）服务，挺好，省心，会提前问！
地理位置其实还挺好的，闹中取静，直麪半个洱海！
房间设施有小爱同学，就是阳台外面小虫子较多！房间隔音不太好，特别是走廊，有熊孩子就很吵！
总之挺满意，好评！

管家小哥贴心的服务，好吃的餐食，好吃的下午茶，动手又动脑的手工课，来大理，在阿兰亚，一整个住进了“大理”
早上看朵朵白云，傍晚看夕阳满天，连夜空的星都可以数一数。
带娃，情侣，我觉得都可以参加手工课，老师特别细心。很贴心。
处处是细节。

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Aranya!
The personal butler service by 管家阿军 was truly exceptional. He and his team were warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail — making sure all my requests were taken care of with care and efficiency. The view of my room is breathtaking! Room is clean & super comfy.
To top it off, they even surprised us with a beautifully prepared cake.
Such heartfelt touches made the whole experience feel extra special.

Great service! Room had a good view of the Erhai Lake. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Thank you Kevin for his help recommending places to visit and booking our trip to the high speed train station. He has always been in contact over WeChat checking up on us. Really appreciate his help.
The hotel has a great restaurant within its premises. Recommended to give it a try.

This hotel is the one of the best hotels we stayed in China, very clean room, quiet location, lovely staffs and great restaurant just downstairs. They provided the afternoon tea, we ordered orange juice, it was pure squeezed orange juice, kids really loved it!
And because it is not very crowded hotel, you can avoid loads of smoking people, so it is perfect place to stay with family!

一开始是不经意发现的这个酒店了，看了很多人的评价觉得应该不错，来了以后发现酒店很有设计感，早餐有中式西式，搭配合理，吃起来让人很舒服，酒店服务很好，管家很热情，出小区给管家发消息，工作人员很热情送我们出去，入住时把车停下后管家还帮我们提行李进去，进去之后酒店环境和图片一样，干净，很有设计感，其次酒店的硬件设施很软件设施都很好，洗漱用品都是欧舒丹，完全是五星级的水平。

❤️这是一家呆着就不想走的酒店🏨
🚗 交通：位于洱海公园，闹中取静的世外桃源，也被誉为大理的“小小比佛利山庄”。交通非常便利。
🍃环境：既有度假氛围也有生活气息，酒店房型很多种，每个房型都面对洱海，和朋友们一起入住，像开盲盒一样，都有惊喜。
🔔服务：管家式服务，随叫随到，太贴心了。房间全部智能系统，一声小爱同学，统统搞定。进门有欢迎水果，晚上有晚安甜品。酒店的早餐也好吃，特别是中式的米线，太喜欢了！
