很棒的酒店，每个工作人员都很认真，小管家（七月）没有入住就会联系，给足安全感，入住之后会细细的把攻略发给我们参考，每天早上都会提醒提前情况，很暖心，晚上会准备热乎乎香喷喷的热牛奶，很惬意，花园也很漂亮，有许多小多肉，还养了小兔子，真心可爱，白天可以在花园烤太阳，很舒服，下次还会现在的

肉肉管家真的是贴心人儿！提前预约了接机，落地后顺利碰头，一到酒店门口，肉肉管家就立马小跑出来接行李，全程没让我们动手，服务也太贴心了吧！
更惊喜的是，晚上回到房间，居然还贴心准备了晚安牛奶，喝着暖暖的牛奶，一天的疲惫都消散了。酒店的花园更是宝藏，全部都是多肉，随便一拍都是大片，简直是住进了风景画里！
下次来大理，肯定还选麓椿花园，必须点名要肉肉管家的服务！

Had a pleasant stay here. We were greeted by our driver when we arrived at the high speed rail station.
Conveniently located, the hotel premise was beautifully decorated with A LOT of succulents at their beautiful garden. They also have washing machines and dryer machines for guests to use. Guests also have access to the commercial gym attached to the hotel.
We were treated like VIP guests the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, with welcome drinks and snacks. All staff were courteous, responsive and helped with all our queries.
The room itself was very spacious and clean. We slept like babies on the comfortable king sized bed. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of options even for vegetarians like us.
Highly recommended.

酒店内环境超绝，服务非常周到和细心了，体验巨好！??
从入住前到退房，全程服务都超走心。本来还担心出门在外会遇到各种麻烦，结果有小管家在，啥心都不用操。不管是问景点路线还是找当地好吃的，他都讲得明明白白，耐心又细致。
在大理住的这几天，舒服得不想走，下次再来，还选麓椿花园，还找肉肉管家！

We love the hotel for its spacious clean and quiet rooms. The rooms are heated with humidifiers great for winter. The hotel arranged to pick us up from Dali railway station, with complimentary transfers to/from town. The hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. We were greeted with a welcome fruit box on arrival, a beautiful and tasty afternoon tea set and warm milk in the evening. On departure we received a box of flower cakes ??
We prefer a firmer mattress but other than that we had a fantastic stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel.

我们一家三口住进了这家酒店，感受到了非常亲切的服务，这家酒店工作人员十分热情，早餐美味，还给做了房型升级，十分地体贴，走的时候还送了我们茶叶和鲜花饼作为礼物，以后有机会还要住到麓春酒店

酒店整体感觉很好，大堂，花园和房间都很舒适，设备设施也很完善，只是泳池疫情期间没有开放。
对于服务的评价就很高了，首先是到大理站接我们的阿杰，从热情的问好，主动搬运行李，到旅途上对大理的介绍，以及在大理这段时间大大小小的事情都能帮忙搞定，真是个大理通，全能的人才！五星好评；其次是提供的管家服务，每天都会早晚问好询问有什么需求以及餐食的调整；前台的小哥哥小姐姐也是热情洋溢，赏心悦目，因为这几天总下雨所以天天借伞没少麻烦他们；另外酒店还有一些暖心服务不得不说，比如不定时的提供助眠热牛奶，还有古城接送服务！所以值得推荐！
千万别丢房卡，不然30元一张哦😁

服务很好的一家酒店，管家随时都会短信询问在酒店的需求及早餐送餐服务。特别喜欢的是它的花园，虽然不大，但是却栽满了多肉植物，小桥流水，绿草茵茵的设计再加上蓝天白云的衬托，真的还是挺美的。
