我们住的房间超大的落地窗将洱海美景毫无保留的框进房间！还有一个浴池也能看到海，早晨在这样的房间醒来我请问还有什么烦恼！全屋智能家居，戴森吹风机，免费minibar和胶囊咖啡机；细节真的超级加分??

酒店集合吃喝玩乐一体，完完全全的度假模式！夜幕降临在酒店的音乐酒吧点上一杯特调鸡尾酒??听着livehouse，氛围感拉满！
还有麪包房，甜品??屋，餐厅！有本地特色菜和西餐??早餐也是自助形式，中式西式都很齐全！真的很适合在这里躺平度假??

酒店天台的无边泳池，云边秋千，超多的打卡机位，傍晚在天台看了一场绝美的晚霞！入住就送旅拍，随手拍都是美照??

这次入住酒店，管家啊琨的服务很好!刚到就热情迎接，办理入住手续时还贴心介绍周边美食。入住期间，都会询问每日行程安排，如此贴心周到，下次来还住这儿!
特别感谢那天晚上值班陪我去医院的姑娘和前台小伙子！办理入住的姑娘和送站的小伙也很好，非常热心贴心！

这次出行最喜欢的酒店，酒店定的临时，在排行榜中筛选的复合长者、小朋友的海景房，酒店本身身处打卡景区内，自身拥有特色风景，顶楼游泳池、休闲区等风景优美，早餐荣获大家好评，餐点丰富、果蔬新鲜、时间安排合理，管家波波响应及时，贴心服务，帮忙推荐的餐厅也不错～下次来大理住海东还会再次入住。

管家波波 was the best! This hotel assigns someone to attend to you during your entire trip. He was attentive and helpful, as well as friendly! He explained to us the upcoming festival and recommended us places to go. He was also responsive on WeChat and helped us whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this hotel for their amazing hospitality and service!

Very clean and well-decorated room. Excellent service from our assigned butler 小关 as well, handling our transport matters as well as going out of the way to advise us on our Taobao matters. Best stay in Yunnan! =)

Nice views, but the service was subpar for the price and there were lots of people from outside the hotel walking around in the hotel, not the best feeling.

Room style of the hotel is very nice, calm&quiet, relaxing but unfortunately the soundproof is so so.
The service is good. Our housekeeper XiaoShi 小施is very helpful and kind.
Location is a bit inconvenient but luckily there’s the pick up service.
Gym is small and the pool is dirty. Well I guess they were not really in need.

6 star hotel！We first book because of the design and site but we will come back again for the service!
Dedicated 24/7 butler service before arrival until departure and turndown service that is usually available at top luxury hotels ??
Site is stunning with extraordinary view, team is super hospitable and friendly, offering more than you expected. Our butler 小敏 is superb! She helped us with arranging best rate for upgrade, seaview room, laundry service, breakfast, ?tea, transport, everything! Everything edible in room is free too :)
Car bookout was a value deal, do arrange through hotel and request for 周师傅！He’s not only a driver, he’s also a fabulous tour guide.
