Had a great stay, room was spacious, front desk was attentive and tried to get an upgrade on the same floor, room was clean and well equipped, easy to eat in the neighborhood, great location, friendly service, escorted us to our room door and gave us a small gift when we left, very attentive hotel

The staff were friendly. The room was a bit old but clean.
Walkable from the station. Entrring the building, I was little bit afraid that I had to go up to 3rd floor and further inside. If I had traveled Hongkong, I wouldn’t have gone inside. However, it was safe and after that it looked kind of unique.

Just finished staying at this hotel with my husband. We really liked the location: there are many cafes and shops nearby, metro station is in 10-15 minutes. The service is great: polite hosts, everyday cleaning with free water, changing towel and soft slippers ?? If we come Dalian again, we will stay here again??

The hotel has an interesting architecture with a grand staircase in the middle. Unfortunately, the elevators do not go all the way to the ground floor, so the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the short hair woman at check in was going through my passport pages and didn’t reply when I asked he what she was looking, then she started to take pictures of my other countries visas, but I didn’t let her and took my passport from her hands, that was a very ignorant and rude behavior

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is good easy to find ( except for the entrance). Friendly first desk service ( via WeChat ). Restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop, subway , tram all within walking distance. Room was warm even it was -16C outside. Convenient and recommend
