住了这家亚朵后，把我之前在亚朵建立起的好感完全磨灭掉了。
房间面积小而局促，衞生也不行，打开橱门底下特别脏，根本无法放东西。没有小冰箱、没有小冰箱，夏季入住特别不方便。
由于是之前老酒店翻新，但设施已现陈旧感，地段虽好，旁边就是大连火车站，但窗户不是隔音玻璃，声音干扰大，影响睡眠。
最让人难以忍受的是软件。前台管理乱，服务不规范，人员少速度慢，无端为入住添加麻烦。住一天居然办理了两次入住手续。
早餐厅品类不多，味道也不是很好。服务员更是缺乏服务意识，且态度不友善，让人很不舒服。

It was a really great stay with excellent customer service. The customer service was actually amazing. The only thing I can fault is to do a deep clean on the floor because it's a little grubby

Great Location, Comfortable Stay – With Minor Drawbacks
I recently stayed at the A-Tour Railway Station Hotel in Dalian and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the railway station and within easy reach of public transport, making it very convenient for travelers.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which was a big plus. However, I noticed that breakfast options were quite limited and not very varied. Additionally, the dining area often felt crowded, making it difficult to find a free seat during peak hours.
One thing to clarify—Trip.com mentions in-room washing machines, but this is not accurate. The hotel does have a shared laundry room with washing machines, which is useful, though it can get busy in the evenings. This seems more like an issue with Trip.com’s description rather than the hotel itself.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which definitely improved the experience.

Good location, but unfortunately the bathroom ceiling had mold growing, and had a scent of smoke. The windows outside were also tainted however a nice view. Overall I’m slightly disappointed as I’ve seen better Atour branches and rooms for similar price. Afterwords we requested a different room that didn’t have these said problems except the smell and tainted windows.

进房间一股腥气味道，躺床上实在受不了那个味道了，没办法打电话，换了个被罩，床单没味。窗帘我一个老爷们拉不动，轨道非常的紧，费了好大劲拉上，拉开容易，想看个电视，定的投屏的，工程来説系统坏了，那算了吧，不看了。安心躺下睡觉吧，冰箱动静太大，没法打电话又让给冰箱给拔掉了。房间后边是火车站，还行吧噪音还好不大，一言难尽的亚朵！总体设施很陈旧，枕头很舒服。价格是品牌价格，东西设施一般吧。

This was really a nice hotel specially if your preferred location is in the city center and near to the railway station. Also the staff were nice and the hotel is clean.
