This hotel was very disappointing!! We expected a 4 star standard hotel, like said on Trip.com and we were incredibly mistaken l. The hotel is very far from the city, not close to any restaurant or anything open at night, the hotel mentions online that they have a restaurant on site but this is not the case. The only thing they can sell you for dinner is instant ramen. The road to the hotel is extremely steep and unmaintained making the journey up the mountain not easy as well, we knew this when coming but we were not expecting the place to be so remote with no food options available. The hotel itself barley resembles the pictures, we booked a room with a jacuzzi with a window facing the view, when we arrived in the room the jacuzzi was in the entrance and not next to the window, the window faced the road with no view…. Just a glorified hot tub. The room also had chipped and moldy walls and the jacuzzi looked dirty and uncleaned. We were unsatisfied and asked to change rooms, the service of the guy at the desk was good and he offered us to see a few different rooms. We ended up getting a room we were more satisfied that looked very nice with and the hot tub did face the view, but small details were missing. The hot tub took 2 hours to fill up, by the time it was full it was already cold. The shower was leaking out to the floors, and the heating worked for only one spot in the room which was extremely hot but the rest of the room was cold. The gym was a mess and in the middle of the hallway, probably only just for the photo. The breakfast was very poor, they have trays that are meant for food but completely empty, dirty tables all around. no fried rice, no soup, not even coffee, but what’s funny is they sell overpriced coffee at the front desk and have a machine. To sum up the hotel is not worth this price, and does not deserve a 4-star rating.
