Awesome view as it just located in front of Hyde Park, walking distance to muzium.
Nice hotel, good breakfast & convenience for business travelers. Highly recommended & will back if coming for next business trip.

?A truly memeborable stay - just not in a way a five-star hotel should be ?
Great location near Hyde Park, but sadly that was the highlight. The hotel feels dated for the price. On check-in, we opened our assigned room and found someone else’s luggage inside ????. Front desk insisted the room was “vacant” and wanted to check first instead of immediately moving us — only after we insisted did we get another room. Not very reassuring, especially for solo female travellers.
Parking was also unclear: we asked if a friend could park and were told yes, but the fee wasn’t specified until I approached second time for clarification. Which is fine, no biggie, could have been better.?
After two nights, both of us in separate rooms developed red rashes ??♀? — not sure if it was bedding, cleaning products, or something else, but definitely concerning. The symptom alleviated immediately after we moved out.?
We left early despite booking three nights as we are not feeling comfortable staying here anymore. I told the front desk that “I didn’t have a pleasant stay,” the only response was basically: non-refundable. No concern, no questions.
Great location. Everything else? A five-star ??disappointment. ??

We had an amazing honeymoon stay at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park! The room was gorgeous and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They helped us sort out sightseeing plans around the city and even recommended an online same?day Hunter Valley wine tour, which turned out to be a highlight. Big thanks to the whole team for making our honeymoon so memorable. Highly recommend!

Booked it for our anniversary. Staff were amazing with very thoughtful gestures that we really appreciated. Views of hyde Park were spectacular day and night. Looking forward to stay again

环境：有点旧，衞生间是浴缸，床头没有电源
每天会打扫衞生，房间还是挺大的，早晚高峯电梯会有点拥挤
位置：对面就是海德公园，几百米的澳大利亚博物馆，以及博物馆地铁站。走去歌剧院虽然只有1公里多，但是还需要走一会。不是正市中心，都需要走十几分钟才可以有吃的。
去CHINA TOWN， 歌剧院，达令港都需要十几分钟，可能那几天走路太多了，觉得有点远

来悉尼住的性价比很高的一家了，前台服务很好，语言不通也不用担心，有普通话服务，早饭也很有当地特色，外面环境也非常好，可以看到公园

就在海德公园对面，去哪里都方便，适合citywalk和亲子，性价比极高，楼顶还有健身房和小游泳池，早餐比较简单。

春节期间去的，价格比较贵。设施有点旧，早餐品类也比较少，与这价格有点不匹配。有点失望的，可能悉尼本来就贵，泳池也很小

酒店location很好，去环形码头走走十多分钟吧，给升级了海德公园景的房间，房间设施和装修比较旧的，早餐选择不多，有咖啡师拉花，顶楼的游泳池view很不错，天气不够热，没有游。
