地点离古城很近，到古城外的凯鸽酒楼或是北魏家宴也不远走路约30分钟，房间宽敞又乾净，早餐非常丰盛，刀削面真觉得比喜晋道好吃，虽然每个人口味不一样，羊杂粉就真比路边吃的丰盛许多，不过服务人员的素质还有提升的空间

非常不好，住了两天。首先，房间衞生打扫很潦草，如图一，本来打算装药品的，刚拉开抽屉，袋子上有不明毛发。其次，早上7点给前台打电话要水，吃完早餐，出门游玩，直到12点，水都没送到。耽误我吃药。然后，这个酒店装修有问题，不隔音，晚上23点20分左右，隔壁房间的説话声一清二楚，摔掉板子的声音让人惊吓过度。最后，前台承诺的事情做不到，入住第二天早上7点多沟通换房，前台承诺同楼层换房，直到12点还没处理好，换了一个前台，一无所知。交接班存在很大的问题，沟通不到位！

万豪的白金会员，因为带家人在携程额外定的房间。早餐丰盛，有刀削麪，前台推荐的周边的两家餐厅也非常好吃。酒店有地下停车且停车免费，到古城有一公里吧，我们晚饭后从酒店遛弯也能到古城，在城墙上看看夜景。

房间舒适、衞生 带两娃入住不错 值班经理Aimee热情 服务意识很棒 建议了附近有什么好吃的～另外不得不提餐厅前台小姐姐 我家哥哥告诉我第一天吃早餐问小姐姐有没有炒米饭 小姐姐告知今天没有 第二天小姐姐见到他后告诉他今天有炒米饭啦 娃高高兴兴的去吃了 还分享给我小姐姐还记得他 很开心 大同是个乾净热情的的城市～～～酒店位置离古城景点都不远 下次还来～

Check in counter staff was very helpful. He provided good advice for food and attractions and also driver for day trip to Yungang Grottoes and Hanging Temple.
Hotel room is spacious and clean.

Good location which is near the Datong old city wall. It is a new hotel and all the facilities in the room are all very good. We enjoy our stay here.
Breakfast is good with variety.
Highly recommended.

Very new and stylish hotel with well designed and comfortable rooms! There’s also a good breakfast spread ?? slightly away from the old city but just a quick Didi ride away.

Nice hotel just outside of the old city - reachable with a 5 minute didi. The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was brand new, clean and comfortable. Stay was nearly perfect with only a few minor gripes. When we asked for extra pillows we were told there were none available, the gym was a little bit small, but the 24 hour gym opening time was excellent. The western food at the breakfast buffet seemed like it had bit sitting out for a while and wasn't super fresh. However, the Chinese food was excellent and the staff were happy to make some vegetarian fried rice for us to suit our dietary needs. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Datong. The staff were so helpful and kind.
