首先要表扬的是前台工作人员，热情大方，处处为我们游客考虑，真的很感谢他们的一些小举动，很暖心！酒店房间环境优雅，乾净衞生，阳台好评，山景大床房早晨空气非常新鲜，进入阳台就是山，环境很棒。再就是温泉真的很大，很多住在其他酒店的旅客也都选择在这里泡温泉，真的不错，特别是13楼露天温泉，环境很好，水温合适，总之这是一次满意的旅行，最后，再次感谢前台客服姐姐的热情帮助。

周末度假选对了地方！酒店位置超赞，成都自驾1.5小时就到，推窗可见青山绿意。30多个温泉池藏在竹林里，晚上泡着硫磺汤看星空，质感绝了???。前台还免费升级了带阳台的房型，早餐种类多又可口???。大人能放松，小孩也玩得开心，性价比拉满，超推荐！

设施：?带着小朋友想找个可以大人泡温泉、吃饭方便，小朋友有玩耍的地方，选了好久，最后好久选择了他们家。最开始是被森林玻璃栈道给吸引，来了以后发现除了玻璃栈道，还有天际泳池，非常多个大大小小的天然温泉，大小朋友都玩得开。
小童乐园：除此之外非常重要的是还有一个室内的小童乐园，如果下雨的话，小朋友也有地方玩。
游乐设备全：他们家除了楼顶有天际泳池外还有喝茶、机麻、连健身房都有，甚至还有KTV，是带着一家人以及公司团建、朋友多人出游的好地方。
房间：房间有比较大，二人间默认都配了三套温泉服，两大一小。还可以让阿姨换乾的浴袍。
温泉票：最重要的是房价里麪包含了无限次的温泉，这可太棒了。
游泳：对于喜欢游泳的人来説，在天际泳池和玻璃栈道都能够体验一把游泳的快乐。?

This hotel is nice and has a decent room size with all the basic necessities. The room is quite outdated but it was very comfortable and does the job. We stayed here for 1 night and we enjoyed where it is located as it has a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. The hotel has hotsrping as well which becomes cold spring in summer.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, using the app to communicate to me in English. My room was on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the trees, mountain and pool area. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person.

An unforgettable experience. The snow mountain ??? is close by for you to have a great skiing ?? ??? experience and the hotel is clean and Cosy. You definitely won't feel cold ???? in winter, there are heated beds air-conditioning and the hot springs?? were awesome. My six year old daughter had a blast. We will definitely go back with our extended family.
