I recently stayed at The Luzerne hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was clean, well-appointed.

The room including the toilet, is spacious. Fruits are sent to room every day and breakfast is good too. Stay includes a free ceramic factory tour and there is a ceramics shop inside hotel too.

Staff were very nice and room was good for value. Room was clean but gym facility is quite not enough. Better increase some machine like bike or something.

Nice modern hotel. Staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. See the history of porcelain factory is interesting. Everything shows a high awareness of quality. Even the breakfast is good. We ordered a dinner and it was very tasteful with extra fruit for free. The afternoon high-tea must’ve had.

风格：这家酒店设计风格简约大方，结合了陶瓷特色，让人眼前一亮。
设施：酒店设有地面和地下停车场，停车位很充足对自驾的朋友很友好。酒店设有陶瓷彩绘，38元一位。一楼有陶瓷展厅，值得一逛。
服务：帮我们免费升级了双人床，有机器人送餐服务，孩子很感兴趣。

这是家设计型酒店。装修简约，却又很生动。色彩很清新，让人感觉很舒适。玄关的墙是个亮点，石头拼接的，很有质感。酒店的每个细节都很用心。而且还赠送了小礼品。非常满意的一次旅行。

很值得推荐的一家酒店；开车从永泰一路玩过来，路上临时定的，以为只是当地精品酒店，装修风格和整体酒店非常有品质，相当惊喜，后去搜索了Luzerne新加坡中高端餐具品牌，所以酒店的瓷器餐具颜值都很高；泳池，健身中心配套都很齐全，前台小哥哥帮我们升级了房间；日料餐厅整体用餐也很满意，石牛山景区也还不错；下次带家人来，还会选择这家酒店。
