Given the many hotels that I have stayed in around China, I feel the tariff is way too high given room size and condition of premises. Looking very tired! Breakfast is typical Chinese style served a few doors down. There is another newer section of 8accommodation in this hotel, not the so called 'apartment'.
Reception staff very helpful, though very limited English. In summary, I think there is probably better value accommodation to be found in the area.

硬件服务都特别好每个工作人员见到都会问好
房间矿泉水和冰箱里的可乐是免费的

酒店位于德州老城区，位置优越，周边商业服务、交通出行都很方便。酒店前台、客房服务人员都很有亲和力。酒店地上和地下停车位充足、方便。房间内设施完善、乾净，令人满意。房间的温度也是“热情”十足，大冬天的只穿短袖短裤就足够了。?????? 非常值得推荐的酒店！

Great service. Nicely designed hotel overall. New rooms but a bit of a new construction smell. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

Best but a little find to hard hotel in Dezhou. (surrounded by a small shopping arcade)
I've stayed at all the best ranking hotels in Dezhou and finally came across staying here at the Manxin which toped them all.
Clean rooms and great facilities. The general manager was very helping, kind and fluent in english and the staff were excellent which made my stay even better.
Breakfast was also at the same level. Good International hot food although they may want to work on some items like the bacon and ham.
A must stay if you are in this area.
