小车服务态度好 房间乾净舒适 入住体验很不错我住进来之後，前台服务员按照我的要求给安排的房间。整体还可以，就是酒店可能稍微老一点，设施跟不上现代这种发展，但是服务还是挺好的。

经常入住康博酒店，商务出差德州首选，环境服务都很好，衞生乾净，设施虽然老旧也有简单更新，有配套的健身房游泳池，对面有澳德乐时代广场购物用餐超级方便，客房预订小马这次给协调升级了大床，有求必应，服务到位

这次出行选的酒店真的太值了！位置超方便，下了高铁开车就到，周边还有很多小吃店 对面就是大型商场。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒服，衞生间没有异味。服务也很贴心，前台小姐姐还主动免费升级了房型。设施齐全，空调、电视、热水都很充足。工作人员态度热情，办理入住和退房速度快，办理完入住之後进房间还送了暖心的水果，很喜欢！这次入住非常愉快 让我感受到了家的感觉，特别感谢服务人员的热情贴心

many years visiting, no changes, I call it the regal plastic hotel, all is plastic like spoons,cups,plates
coffee is horrible, yoghurt from machine looks and tastes like plastic, never change food at breakfast, even the positions of the single dishes at same places,
front desk person just speak chinese no other language,

Great hotel, extremely attentive staff! Air conditioning works well - well worth it to book the upgraded rooms as there is a big difference.

Second time staying at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and is the best part of the trip. The staff are also accommodating. It’s hard to communicate but as long as you have the translation app on your phone, it will work out. However, the amenities of the hotel is on the older side. They need to update it to become more modern. Bring your own toiletries as the ones they have are drying on the skin and hair. The air-conditioning was not working properly. Though they tried to fix it by wheeling in a portable AC. It still ran hot most days.

Hotel location was really great, But the hotel facilities were old. The bed sheet had a stain, so the hotel staff came and changed it.Breakfast did not have fresh bread and pastries.

They did not provided me with bath towel instead of that hand towel was given to me. Picture attached for your reference.
Staff they are not aware about there own city.
5 star hotel they even do not have spoon / Fork / knife .
Bfast was terrible.
