非常满意，床也很舒服??对不起，把厕所拉堵了非常抱歉，就是不知道楼梯在哪里有一个人出去回来还要去接因为要刷卡上电梯

24号入住，配房603，开房门发现洗手间门前有烧过的纸碎，及有水渍鞋印，即时与客服联系，他派了清洁工来，亦即时换了房间602，602打开房门，一般难受的尿味，清洗工即时用水冲洗，及后发现冲凉房门前有一个烟头还未清理，这时客服哥哥到了现场了解，亦把事情处理。
当晚上饭后回酒店休息时，正当想沐浴时再发现冲凉房门后还有3个烟头未有清理，再次致电到大堂客受，同样派了清洁工处理。
但清洁问题欠缺监管，而且看到清洁工人只用一个拖板拖洗手间，房间有灰尘，亦没有看到有吸尘机吸尘。希望多留意清洁方面问题。

The room was clean and cozy. The hotel’ s location also ok. The breakfast I can’t say, cause when we came to the dining room (the time was 8:30am ) the weren’t any meals any more ??

Amazing Service, Lady at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was disappointing and we did not get any tea. A lot of smoking in the hallways. Very noisy area. Good for the price. Nice room.
