泳池景观感还不错 带泡池；健身器械丰富，餐厅旁有给小孩子玩的东西；早餐比较丰富

国贸商场旁边 距市民中心地铁站也不远 商场也直接连通 / 酒店本身也把岭南园林元素融入意境闹中取静

酒店在餐饮方面的服务话术上还有待提高 ；在大型活动期间大客流期间减少对住客的影响（包括前台接待 通道引导 部门区域关闭后的提醒）有进步空间

比较乾净 毛巾以及窗边夜床细节做得很棒 。

如果对应等级有2点退房的权限，请严格在入住办理时询问是否延迟退房；酒店应该相信客户会准时2点前退房，而不是在1:30就开始催促退房，并在1:50再次催促，房间座机铃声非常急促刺耳。还有就是咱们的早餐是越来越减配了…

宾客关系Maggie服务特别好，办理入住又快又耐心，有问题问她都能及时解答，特别贴心。房间乾净整洁，住着很舒服，设施也齐全。入住停车减免也很方便，全程体验都很顺畅，感谢Maggie的用心服务，下次来东莞还会选这家！

品味很low的人才会选择住这里，维权意识差的人才会选择这里，遇到问题解决方案就是送小礼品，而且送的是一瓶酒店的沐浴露（贪小便宜的人才会要），服务从基层服务人员到领班经理，态度很差，整张脸绷着，只有把周围人目光吸引过来了立马换做一副谄媚表情。服务人员我催了五个，一直没上菜，最后我跟过去看了，她居然説在下单。我説十点差评理由，1:糖包里面居然有条蘑菇，服务员不认真。 2：桌角四方又很大，这个掉漆就是很多人被磕碰过，设施过大房间较小。 3:这个门挡住过道了，带小孩的不能选。 4:没有脏衣篮，衣服像垃圾一样放地上，洗手枱要放其它、浴缸里有水也放不了。 5:沙发角支撑问题，四四方方尖鋭。 6:纸巾做了软包，脚趾踢到了。 7:床头莫名有四方尖鋭，没有插口，设计出了问题盖上了估计，但是不安全就在头上。 8:门安全锁坏了，没有安全感，很可怕。 9:住的12楼的景观，景观非常非常差（豪华房，非特价），全是这样的景观。 10:洗漱没有一次性的，一大瓶的，也不知道前一个住客会不会加了东西，不敢用。 综合评分甚至不想给，东莞的洲际很排外，对外国人很谄媚、服务意识差，哦对了，没有帮拿行李服务，门僮就看着，估计只帮外国人拿。还有一点就是，我让服务员叫经理过来，服务员：我们经理我不知道是谁。 忠告：避雷避雷避坑！！！！！！！！！

这次特意选在生日前一天入住东莞洲际酒店，体验真的超出预期！刚到大堂办理入住，工作人员就送上了热情的生日祝福，还为我免费升级房间，办理流程高效又贴心。
客房空间宽敞通透，床品柔软亲肤，浴室乾湿分离的设计很人性化，洗护用品的质感也很在线。次日的自助早餐品类丰富，中西餐兼顾，还能吃到东莞本地特色小食，口味绝佳。
这次生日入住体验满分，已经把酒店推荐给了身边的朋友，下次来东莞一定还选这里！

A fantastic stay experience! In particular, the manager Nature, was extremely professional. She helped me solve the problem of my stay, the catering team provided us with very warm service during the typhoon. Room is big enough for my work .Thank you guys .

My stay was really comfortable. Reception, the gym, the lounge on floor 2 and the lobby bar, all excellent. Jasmine at 14:00 pm. at the front desk was extremely helpful. The room was also really nice, I would say above the average 5 star. The picture of the tower is from the room.

The InterContinental Dongguan is an outstanding luxury hotel that sets a new standard for hospitality in the city. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant Lingnan style design and impeccable service.
Room & Amenities
The room was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. A standout feature was the separate toilet and bath, which added a touch of sophistication and convenience. The modern furnishings, high-quality bedding, and spacious layout made for a truly relaxing stay.
Location
The hotel is situated in one of Dongguan’s most vibrant districts, surrounded by bustling energy and endless entertainment options. Adjacent to the property is a massive shopping mall, providing guests with easy access to retail, dining, and leisure activities.
Executive Lounge Experience
Though located on a lower floor, the Executive Lounge is a true gem. The selection of delicacies was exceptional, with a variety of gourmet bites and premium beverages. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the warm and attentive service—special thanks to Steven and Freya, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made every visit to the lounge delightful.
Overall Impression
Without a doubt, the InterContinental Dongguan stands as the best hotel in the city. Its combination of modern luxury, prime location, and outstanding service—especially from staff like Steven and Freya—makes it a top recommendation for both business and leisure travelers. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
