酒店服务非常之好，亦都保养得很好，每日三点更有直通巴士到香港各区，只是人仔$65 ，非常方便。试了他们的自助餐，价钱合理，款式也足够。值得表扬是他们的服务水平，很有礼貌，会尽量满足客户需要。步行10分钟有大型商场，打车半小时可以去隐世山庄，小朋友度假也很开心，下次一定会再来。

这次入住体验超棒！酒店位置选得太省心，楼下就是热闹的小吃街，步行几分钟就能到商圈，吃饭逛街都方便。房间打扫得特别乾净，床品柔软亲肤，晚上特别安静，睡了个安稳觉。前台小姐姐特别贴心，不仅耐心解答问题，还主动给了周边游玩攻略。早餐种类不算多但都很精致，味道很合胃口。性价比真的高，下次来还选这家！

带上家人从香港过来这边玩，最后决定选择这家花园酒店。本来觉得是照片会打折扣，没想到是真的环境挺好，挺乾净大堂帮我们做登记入住的经理非常友善，指引都説得非常清晰，知道我们可能普通话不是第一语言，还带着我们去坐电梯。也给我们指引后花园的方向等等。选择记住的过程给我们还升级了房间，让我和家人的旅程体验都昇华了。

一进门就有前台小姐姐热情的问候，帮忙拉行李，热情介绍酒店的各处营业时间和娱乐场所，有问必答，房间也很宽敞。周边交通也很便利，有机会还会再来???今年的最后一天酒店还布置了场地晚上有活动，本人赶车去看了一会就走了

the location is excellent is very close to where we wanted to go
the rooms are clean and tidy although there are smell of cigarettes around the hotel, love there are field for my little boy to run around, but not sure where to access to the kiddie garden

Stayed here for a night and got back to the hotel quite late so did not have the chance to walk around the hotel considering the grounds were Shangrila-like. Breakfast was very good!

Always a pleasant stay, the staff is kind, the rooms are big and clean.
The hotel is in Dalang and there are many nice restaurants in the area where you can go by walk.
It is about 1 hour by car from the factories area Qishi, it depends on the traffic.

I had a great stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. They organized early check-in for me and even upgraded our room for us. I made a special request to celebrate my father’s birthday and they sent us a whole big cake!
The amenities were well rounded including a very large swimming pool, a spa and spacious rooms. The bed was very soft and comfortable.
This hotel is suitable for everyone from business travelers to families with travelers and couples. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the service is great and the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. On my first day I ordered food to my room and because it was busy (May holiday rush) my food took a while to arrive but the duty manager Mr King came to assure me that, that's not the kind of service I should expect from them going forward and to apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I enjoyed my full stay there without any problems. The front desk staff was also helpful whenever I needed help with anything. I'll definitely visit again.
