  Best of the three hotels used in Shandong this trip. ?Best bit was how helpful the staff were. They went out of their way to feed me (the all day dining restraint was closed that day). ?QR code for room service links are broken - back to someone coming to the room with print outs of the menu. ?Food a tad bland: fruit was good. The bowl of fried rice could ?have fed a family of 6. ?Very limited English spoken all round, but we all muddled through.

  来东营看鸟浪，对比之下选择了皇冠假日，真是正确的选择！前台服务很好，值班的两个小姐姐亲切周到，有求必应，特意看了叫汪欣和王海晶，点个赞！客房服务也很到位，打扫得非常乾净，感觉舒适又安心！早餐也不错，餐盘收的非常及时。这次东营之行完美！唯一的遗憾是正值周末，酒店前面有演出，很吵人。但这不是酒店的问题。

  房间超级大，宽敞明亮。里面设施也很全，孩子用的都备的特别齐全，贴心。工作人员刘娜在我订房的前一天就联系我了，贴心的把两个房间安排在多门，还问我主题房有四个颜色，家里是男孩还是女孩，推荐相应是主题给我们，超贴心。酒店早餐也是我吃过最全的，用餐时间也比较宽裕6：30-10点，服务都很热情周到，包括门口的安保人员和前台接待。最主要的是我们就住了一宿，没有安排到什么景点去玩，酒店有一个比较大的小童淘气堡，两个孩子玩的不亦乐乎！下次东营还住这里

  房间非常好，1158。很舒适，早餐丰富。下午茶和欢乐时光都有。入住非常开心。健身房是24小时的。器材很多。

  Too big hotel! You can put 50 people in a standard room!!! But the swimming pool is rather ok!

  The fanciest and best in Dongying. Although the price is a little high it’s still worth it. The room is clean and new. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
