不知道房间冷是放在设施呢还是环境。
前提，出游东营订了两间大床房，大概好像12：30-13点入住的。
1、预订的房间接到酒店电话，在高速路上开车中，问我预留房间有没有喜好，我説尽量不要挨着电梯，不要把边，楼层高点。入住后一个房间是617，一个是619，617对着电梯，619应该是把边，其实酒店不用给我打电话的，浪费电话费。
2、我住在619，进屋第一件事就是调整空调制热26℃，但是我在房间发现了如图的电热暖气，当时放在暖气控制下边的墙角，之后带着家人吃饭游玩，晚上八点多回到酒店，穿的也多，累一天了也没注意就洗漱睡觉，半夜就给我冻起来了，摸着头上的墙都是冰凉的，凉气直接渗透哎，大半夜两点多，我把电暖气挪到床头，插上电。但是其实不管用，是真冷啊。图一是早上我起来照的控制面板26-28℃吹了18小时房间显示22℃，这个控制器在房间最里边内墙上。和实际睡觉温度应该差很多。终于知道为什么配电暖气了，这种大的叫的上号酒店这种房间酒店应该知道，不建议放出来让客人住。

前台服务态度好，处理问题到位，对於前一天提到温度的问题又给做了换房处理，点赞????前厅服务礼宾人员和房间服务人员也很好，及时提供帮助，点赞????

房间舒适，衞生乾净，服务中心小胡非常热情，房间还赠送了水果，安排的房间也是安静舒适，距离万达商场步行两分钟，交通便利，西城住宿选择万达嘉华真的棒！

No way does this place deserve all those 10 star ratings. ?Positives: in general it’s clean and feels new. ?The bedrooms look pretty in the photos,same way a fitted bedroom looks good in an MFI or Courts catalogue.
The poor bits. Booked an Executive Floor Room with Exec Longe access. Be aware that the Exectuve Floor Lounge on 19th floor is padlocked up and not in use. ?Whilst the reception says you can use the lobby lounge - so can everyone else, including visitors as everything must be paid for. No free flow of tea and coffee during the working day, no evening snacks.?
Worse, the air conditioning didn't work in the room: the corridors were nice and cool by comparison and room temp never fell below 26 degrees C. ?Irritating rather than a deal breaker, despite prepaying for the stay, Hotel charges the equivalent of one night stay as additional deposit (full payment, not pre authorisation, so you has to waits awhile for the refund). Tried to check out after the 1 night stay (of three). Hotel said no and it went back and forth between trip.com (thank you for that: ********* came up trumps so gonna give them 4/5. ?stars). ?Eventually the hotel relented and was able to check out and only be charged the 1N at 3pm. I give the Wanda realm 2.5/5 stars. .PS Moved to the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza; not perfect, but lovely rooms with big terraces outside. ??

这次入住最大的亮点就是酒店无微不至的服务！从一下车就有礼宾员主动上前帮忙，前台小姐姐笑容甜美，办理效率高。入住期间有任何问题，客房服务响应都非常迅速。服务员在走廊遇见都会主动微笑问好，让人感觉特别温暖。真正做到了“宾至如归”，为你们的服务团队点赞！
