这个酒店离我上次住的民宿很近，开车过去的时候有一种山穷水复疑无路的感觉。
我家小孩非常喜欢他们家的汤池、书屋。

We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! Check-in was smooth and right on time, but the property had so much to explore that by the next day we realized we needed more time to truly enjoy it. The receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating—she extended our stay without any hassle, allowing us to soak in the fresh air and make the most of the experience.
What really stood out was her thoughtful hospitality. Since we were just a group of female friends traveling together, she stayed in touch with us throughout to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. That extra care made all the difference and gave us such peace of mind.
This stay has become an unforgettable memory, and we’re so grateful for the warmth and kindness shown to us. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, explore, and feel genuinely cared for!

L’hotel è un incanto nella foresta adiacente al monte Qingcheng, e la struttura si insinua nella natura circostante in maniera armonica ed elegante. La mostra camera era dotata di tutti i comfort, oltre ad una meravigliosa vetrata sulla foresta circostante. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e mi ha supportato nella ricezione di un pacco che attendevo da Chengdu dimostrando la massima disponibilità.

我们三个人非常舒服的度过了一天，都酒店环境非常棒 温泉也非常乾净！比城里凉快了不少，如果下次有时间肯定还会再去的！

首先感谢前台小哥小妹、餐厅服务员等工作人员的热情服务，没有你们这个酒店根本没法住！！！真的很难相信一个酒店里高高低低全是台阶且没有电梯！！拎了一个二十公斤的行李箱，房间在三楼，要不是前台小哥热心帮忙拎行李，膝盖不好的连房间都进不去。抵达的时候是晚上7:50，被告知8:00晚餐结束，其实7:30厨师就已经走了，要不是前台小哥和餐厅服务员把厨师叫回来做饭，在山里连饭都吃不上，只能吃泡麪。房间里地巾和床单都有明显污迹，让我对酒店衞生产生了深深的怀疑，大半夜麻烦小哥来换床单。wifi也连不上。另外房间里没有一次性拖鞋，订单里包含的欢迎水果也不见踪影，从各种细节都可以看出酒店非常控制成本。山里开酒店不易，运营方没有能力做好又要追求服务，最后受罪的都是服务人员，他们真的很辛苦，下次我还是想选择更大品牌的酒店。

环境清幽，依山而建的一个酒店很不错，汤池也是错落在树林里面，每个汤池都有白纱覆盖，私密性是有所保证的，我们是三个大人两个小孩，前台小哥哥还免费给我们升级了房型，很好，下次还来
