酒店环境优美，日式风格浓郁。房间带私汤，泡个跨年温泉。酒店内还有一个米其林日料餐厅，烤肉套餐服务员帮助现烤。园林内有3头梅花鹿，到前台领取花生可喂鹿。管家小何挺亲切热情。

I was completely satisfied with my stay!
The hotel is in a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing.
The food was excellent – a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious.
The room was outstanding, very comfortable, and a fresh fruit plate was provided every day – such a thoughtful touch.
Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I truly felt welcome.
I can highly recommend this hotel!

Had great time staying in the resort. Near to an ancient town which makes the stay enjoyable. Service is remarkable from the time we arrive till we left. Food not bad but there’s always room for improvement.

环境：酒店环境配套设施还是很好的，很安静，晚上可以泡泡温泉解解乏。水质各方面都挺好的。
服务：酒店整体工作人员服务很好，管家小郝也是非常细心，推荐本店及周边的美食及游玩的项目。欢迎水果质量还是不错的。
整体入住是很满意的，唯一就是酒店餐食烤肉整体上菜便慢，食材还算新鲜。

朋友推荐了这家酒店，正逢小朋友放秋假选择了此酒店，从预订到入住期间整个体验感很好，管家小张很贴心服务，还送了小朋友熊猫玩偶。泡了舒服的温泉，吃了美味的烤肉，喂了散养的梅花鹿，看到了肥肥的猫咪，孩子们开心极了，离街子古镇也很近，不错的一次体验，下次再来。

The best private hot spring, in the backyard of your room. Great for families or couples. Clean and modernly equipped rooms; Exquisite gardens and buildings. Interesting breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I’d like to give a special shout-out to our personal host 小郝He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our trip. Whether it was helping us get a power adapter or sharing local travel tips, he always responded quickly and went above and beyond to assist us. The Japanese dishes provided by the hotel was also very delicious and the service was incredible.

We had the most wonderful stay! A big thank you to the manager and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and so well taken care of. We traveled with our 4 year old and 5 month old and kindly got upgraded to the family suit which was kids heaven! My daughter spent a lot of time playing with the toys provided and enjoyed feeding the deer and fish. The dinner was excellent as well and we loved having our own hot spring! The staff were so kind and even held our baby so we could eat breakfast and dinner hands free! I couldn’t recommend this hotel more and can’t wait to come back!
